The whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming I found the room was not sound proof enough and as it was over the bar it meant there was a lot of disturbance. |

Very helpful and friendly staff who are there when needed but not when you dont. Comfortable and everything you needed to enjoy your time there No kettle in the room, its too much hassle phoning reception for a cup of tea! |

staff were friendly there was a wedding on the evening we arrived and we were not allowed use the main bar, we had a group of fouteen down for a birthday party. we had to use the conservatory which was cold and no atmosphere. |
