Convenient location. The double bed was tiny. The shower was horrible-cold water only and you had to hold the nozzle yourself to have a shower. The bin in the bathroom was not emptied from the previous occupants and contained sanitary waste. No remote control for the television. Breakfast was very ordinary. Staff smoked within the hotel which wofted up to the rooms. Overall a very unpleasant experience for the price we paid.

Location and value for money....nice breakfast also When I arrived there was a problem. It was 10pm and the room appeared to be double booked. The staff were excellent however and after approx 20 minutes we were settled in and problem sorted.

Bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly Room wasn't cleaned each day, coffee/tea wasnt replenished, the crockery wasnt cleaned or replaced. Kettle in room didn't work and shower was inadequate. Breakfast buffet wasn't kept refreshed in a timely manner. Overall service standards were poor.

The B&B is located in the heart of Dublin - even though the noisy part. The floor of the room on the top floor looked like it hasn't been vaccumed for ages. The bed was ok though. But when it comes to the second b in B&B it barely deserves the name breakfast. We arrived at around nine in the dining room (we were told that breakfast would be served from 8 to 11) but there was nothing left that could be called breakfast. Just before us was a heavily toked guy ravaging the small table where once must have been arranged all the food. Once he was finished he snatched a couple of sandwiches, a huge bowl of cereals with milk and a cup of tea together and asked me to open the door for him. Still holding the door I saw him disappear in a nearby "staff only" door when the other inmates welcomed him with heavy laughter. In the dining room, apart from plastic boxes filled with something that somehow looked like cereals, there was basically nothing left. Even clean cups were missing. As I just escorted one of the staff out of the dining room we thought he might tell the others that new guest had arrived for breakfast. We were wrong. A couple of minutes later I knocked on the staff door as a equally stoned fellow appeared. Shortly after that the very same guy brought some clean cups. Just one minute later the door opend again and someone we couldn't see threw a package of toast on the small table with the cups and left unseen. We stayed in the dining room for 15 more minutes enjoying our tea from clean cups chatting the time away. We left the toast untouched, of course, as there was nothing in the dining room which we could have added to the dry slices.

The place was filthy there were no covers on the bed the duvet was on the floor the bathroom was damp it was cold. There were no towels to dry your hands. There were cigarettes burns on the mattress and duvet and cigarette butts in the cups provided. We couldn't wait to leave as the man at reception was of no help and he had no English. And the guests above us woke our 5 month old baby numerous of times. Went down stairs to complain and no answer then wen we were leaving I asked fir a receipt and the man aid no only his manager can. As a customer I know im entitled to a receipt. Our son will have appointments for the rest of his life and we're coming from cork but im telling ya one thing we will not be staying there again

The beds, wifi ok The shower!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not functioning - either extremely hot or cold, hardly any water pressure. The shared toilet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hard to describe all the mountains of dirty bags of laundry just to get to the toilet. Toilet was clean but the surrounding a health hazard. The breakfast part of this b&b was not good. Even though things were there, it was cheap and chairs fell apart under me, coffee instant, hard and ages old, everywhere fake flowers that needed dusting. No person around. The whole place smelled of second hand smoke and we had to open the windows at night to be able to breathe which was not pleasant with all the noise coming from the streets.

I liked that it's near to the city centre and easy to find. After visiting bars in the evening it takes 5-10 mins to walk back. The airport shuttle stops almost in front of the building. The place is clean and the breakfast is simple but nice. There was hot water and heating. The hotel staff was really helpful. Our room was in the cellar without any window.

10 min walk to city centre When we arrived we were sent to the wrong car park which we had to pay to get out of then to pay the full 20 euros to park in there car park 5 mins away, when we complained as to why we were sent the wrong way the receptionist said "im to busy" and walked off, at breakfast you had to do your own tea, toast ect, there was only a plate of cheese and ham both curled up at the edges as just sitting on the side uncovered, no one around to help, I was unable to eat it. The room was very dirty with urine stains and hairs on the bathroom mat, not to mention the mould and broken toilet seat, ive stayed in lots of cheapish (for city center) b&b's but this one is a joke, never again
