Location Staff Warm douvet WiFi
Facilities very dated Water from sink not safe to drink single glazed windows, noise from the street, dirty and dusty windows and curtains
wifi in the corridor,no chair or table in the room, breakfast frugal,no fridge
Interesting outer lighting combined with a spacious and comfortable interior rooms
Cracked and uneven tiles in my bathroom are the only real complaint I have
The location is excellent and the breakfast is fine.
When we arrived the window was opened and there were 1 degree inside. The bed is super-unconfortable, I touched the wood under the mattress. It wasn't dirty, but everything too old.
Good Location very handy to train station. Not too far from Point Arena and Temple Bar area (both visited). B&B Resonable price for Dublin. Temple Bar Pubs very expensive!
Would prefer cooked breakfast, at least eggs.
The continental breakfast was good, the staff awsome, really familiar and calmed, wifi worked perfect, and the were rooms nice. It is clean and very good located!
We had the third floor and it didn't have a lift. For me it wasn't a problem vut for my grandma yes, the bad thing was that it wasnt specified.
I really appreciate that the guy from reception let me chech in in the early morning. The staff was nice, the room clean, the breakfast good, the location great!
Location, warm, friendly staff.
In need of decoration and restoration.
Location is perfect. The building is accessible 24h. Except for the fire alarm incident...quiet place.
Poor breakfast... there wasn't even milk. Fire alarm rang at 5:30 AM, apparently a funny joke for someone. Some very unpleasant people in the residence (not clear if other customers or member of the staff as they were constantly changing). Window not properly sealed. It was chilly at nights. Small bed...looked more like a trampoline.
location , helpful staff
Value for money because breakfast was included and it was comparably a hearty one.
The multiple flights of stairs
The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
The room its quite cold, although the duvet was warm enough for the night.
The staff were very kind
Rooms were absolutely not as the pictures on the website suggested, and they were not so clean Breakfast was very poor
It was very close to many parts of the city and the luas line. The man at reception was friendly and helpful.
The window in the room I stayed in was broken. I had to sleep in a very cold room during a storm.
Everything was great but we lived at the top flour and it was really very cold in the room.
It was cold in the room.
the location of the hotel is very good just 10 min walking to the temple bar and 2 minutes to the center The stuff was friendly The breakfast was good
The bulding is really old if they invest some money they could have a good place The room looks from the 80's The bulb of our room was led but even with the light switched off it ligths a little bit We parked the car but not looks that they have real parking as we not park inside of garage.
The staff is really nice and the continental breakefest which is included on the price of the rooms is really good. The bedroom which I booked has tv, heating and coffe/tea maker. The bed was pretty good as well.
My bedroom was turned to the street, which was quite noisy, but this wasn't really a problem.
Location was good, close to city centre.
As plain as a room can be. Half broken stuff in rooms (toilet seat, shower etc.). The breakfast was a joke. If you just need a cheap room, close to the city, this place is just fine. If you plan to spend any time in the room, this isn't for you.
Very convenient location and very helpful staff.
If walking back to this B and B alone late at night, it's a bit deserted .
