Habitación espaciosa, con mobiliario de época bonito y de calidad. Estuvimos en una triple (tenemos un niño de 16 años). La cama adicional era una cama de verdad, no una supletoria (como suele ser lo habitual). Facil aparcamiento. Llegar al centro de Killarney es un paseo agradable (aunque llueva). Es muy buena base para todo el suroeste de Irlanda. Internet gratis. El desayuno incluido era el continental, de lo cual no eramos conscientes en el momento de la reserva. Para acceder al "full Irish breakfast" había que pagar un suplemento, aunque muy razonable (5 euros por persona). |

extremely comfortable and very relaxing.Breakfast was freshly cooked and a very good choice , to be recomended. Bar facilities would be a pleasure ,especially with such a comfortable lounge & a Hotel listing. |

It was all very good and a nice touch is the complimentary tea, coffee and cakes available in the afternoons. Very welcome touch. We did not eat in the hotel in the evening because I believe that they only serve meals in the early part of the evening. |

Best porridge I ever tasted. Seriously, you should try it. Comfortable hotel, clean with friendly very helpful staff, close enough to town for a quick walk in but far enough away not to get any of the noise. |

The great breakfast ---and tea and cake offering in the afternoon were an excellent feature---furnishings were charming. The carpet and bedspreads in room 309 were somewhat shabby and specifically the carpet, in need of a cleaning. |

We did not get what we paid for. We were given a flat, in a different building, despite we booked in great advance. Breakfast served in a small room, not enough space for guests. Flat was unconfortable, broken shutters, no lights beside the bed, we had to make-up the bed for our son, we did not have the housekeeping service for tyhe second night. Definiterly a bad experience. |

The staff were all pleasant. The whole hotel felt like it needed a face lift.The fact that it was an extra 5 Euros for a cooked breakfast was a rip off. At times the hotle was noisey, just by othe residents moving arround. |
