extremely comfortable and very relaxing.Breakfast was freshly cooked and a very good choice , to be recomended. Bar facilities would be a pleasure ,especially with such a comfortable lounge & a Hotel listing. |

It was all very good and a nice touch is the complimentary tea, coffee and cakes available in the afternoons. Very welcome touch. We did not eat in the hotel in the evening because I believe that they only serve meals in the early part of the evening. |

Best porridge I ever tasted. Seriously, you should try it. Comfortable hotel, clean with friendly very helpful staff, close enough to town for a quick walk in but far enough away not to get any of the noise. |

Is a comfortable hotel near beautiful places like national park of Killarney and the ring of Kerry.The staff hotel is very kind and help you to organize what to see, where to eat..... |

Very welcoming and homey feel to the hotel. It was comfortable, and served our needs well. Also, the breakfast buffet and afternoon tea were a special treat. |

The great breakfast ---and tea and cake offering in the afternoon were an excellent feature---furnishings were charming. The carpet and bedspreads in room 309 were somewhat shabby and specifically the carpet, in need of a cleaning. |

We did not get what we paid for. We were given a flat, in a different building, despite we booked in great advance. Breakfast served in a small room, not enough space for guests. Flat was unconfortable, broken shutters, no lights beside the bed, we had to make-up the bed for our son, we did not have the housekeeping service for tyhe second night. Definiterly a bad experience. |

Family room was spacious and comfortable, even with roll-away. Later discovered that we were charged a bit more than Booking.com price, and we don't know why. |

The staff were all pleasant. The whole hotel felt like it needed a face lift.The fact that it was an extra 5 Euros for a cooked breakfast was a rip off. At times the hotle was noisey, just by othe residents moving arround. |

I enjoyed the quiet, relaxed atmosphere overlooking the mountains and the pleasant and friendly staff. I had a flight to catch at Cork Airport so I needed to be away at 07.00 and Breakfast is not until 08.00 so a continental breakfast wes delivered to my room in a cool box at around 22.00 the night before so I was able to have breakfast before I went. Never had this in a Hotel before. A great Bed and Breakfast Hotel. Could not find any faults with this accommodation |

the breakfast was good. Big room. Great location. very peaceful. It was a beautiful room with great facilities but the manner of the receptionist/owner definitely took from this magnificent guest house. |

Decor very attractive. Tea/cake available in the afternoons, lounge area with lots of seating, local interest books. Buffet breakfast excellent. Very small things; one of the bedcovers in the twin room we had was very faded. The pillows very firm and not terribly comfortable. |
