On arrival no one there door locked, had to ring a number in front window, got the lady of the house who gave me code to get in n told me where to get the key ...on entrance to room ,it was a twin room when I booked double ,rang again ended up with the husband I explained all to him ,and he was quite sharp and told me this is what I had booked through booking .com and it would take 20 mins before anyone would be there to sort the problem out.i did say I'm sure I booked a double ,his reply well I'm not getting into an arguement over it.
On the wife's arrival I said to I've proof in my phone and she said it does not matter I can out beds together n you will have a king size, would not even look at my proof nor did I hear a sorry, all we got was we were wondering why you wanted twin room for 3 nights,me and my hubby had disguste it,also I had to change rooms for other northern people today.
At breakfast for 3 mornings we were there specially first n second one the wife spoke to everyone but us.All we got was what would u like to order for breakfast.
Bedroom was very small the bottom of bed caught on door when opened and so did the en suite door catch bottom of the bed.
The front door and bedroom doors were slammed everytime someone went through them, and many a time woken by other guests.
Location was excellent within walking distance to shops pubs etc,did have small car park to rear ,holding approx 4/5 cars but public car park behind reasonable fee to park done this 2/3 nights stay.
Room and breakfast area were very clean ,decorated not too bad very modern
