Very friendly staff. Great location. Good view from the room.
Noice from the street but that's what you can expect with this location. The bathroom could have a table and some storage place.
location clean good rooms accommodating staff
street noise parking for additional fee
Riverview, nice staff
Even when windows closed you hear the traffic noise and the noise of the visitors of Temple Bar street (just round the corner). Very small rooms. Regarding to the comfort overpriced.
I really liked the smiling & friendly staff, quality of food, location of the lodge, good WIFI and cleanliness. Definitely I will stay there again in my next visit.
The lodge is in Temple Bar, Dublin's most crowded place so for sure sometimes it will be little bit noisy.
Views from the corner rooms across the roof tops and river
The room and bathroom was a little dated and tatty for the price of the room. Also the bear minimum effort was put into tea/coffee, a small thing I know but a reasonable cuppa in the morning is worth a lot in terms of comfort.
SMALL room, noisy area, poor wifi and ablutions, poorly marked on the street, not meeting impression that was posted on your internet site, wide angle picture deceiving
very close too temple bar pub , nice lady dealt with my checking in checking out
room very small , tv did not work don't really watch tv on holiday but would have liked too have seen news , breakfast poor , no fruit , bread , key card very tempermental,
middle of everything amazing views extremely friendly helpful staff ease of booking great breakfast
could be noise from street below but I slept through
3 minutes walking from Temple bar and the nightlife area The river view in the morning is amazing
I knew that it's centrally located and in the middle of the nightlife area, i was expecting the noise to come from the street not from the neighboring rooms. The isolation is very bad, you can hear everything taking place in the next room. The hotel has no signage or any thing to tell you "hey, Your hotel is here", I passed by it many times till i recognize it.
I liked the cosy double bed room at top floor. Small but clean room, comfortable bathroom, great view, perfect Wi-Fi. Top floor was quiet even though it was on the front river side. Equiped with an iron, coffee and tea in the room :) Loved it!
The fact that I didn't have enough space for my big luggage.
large sound proof windows, the size of the room, king size bed
light switches were difficult to work
We were walking distance to both sides of the river. Our bed was amazingly comfortable which was great after exploring the city by foot all day long. Beautiful river views up and down the river. We should have reserved the room with the terrace. I can imagine summer out there would be nice.
The room was small but we were there to mostly sleep.
Hotel Central, clean, pretty and functional room, great wifi, friendly staff
the room was noisy because near the road. It was not soundproof
Other guests were very loud in the halls banging and screaming in the early hours of the morning which was a pain.
Location and views of River Liffey
Much too noisy despite it being mid week due to bar and street crowds. Couldnt figure out how to turn shower on. Staff forgot our wake up call. Disappointing.
The room was exactly like in the picture, very clean, great location, the staff very friendly and very good value for money :-) i would deffo recomand Eliza Lodge Temple Bar to everybody !!!
The only think that i didnt like was the traffic noise but that normal in such a busy area :-)
Location and comfort was great.
Location and staff friendliness. Cleanliness of the hotel
relatively small rooms with little comfort
loved the location, temple bar and all it has to offer right on the doorstep.only stayed 1 night with friends from austrailia , would loved to have stayed longer. would definitely recommend this hotel.
noise from the traffic
The great thing about the hotel was the location. River looking room and right in the centre of Temple bar. Lift or stairs to the floor and a great and cheap clean Italian restaurant downstairs. Great afternoon 2 and 3 corse meal offers. Staff very friendly with a smile. Clean bed linen everyday.
Hair dryer not working
Hotel is hearth of Dublin and just a few hundert meters far from temple bar. vey friendly and helpful staff. rooms are enough big and free wife. airport is 23 € by taxi and bus stop is 30 mt ahead.
no minibar . elevator is located in first floor. No wiew in my room.. towels are so small
Proper WiFi, no login required, just password supplied. That is rarer than you would think. Staff were extremely helpful.
Airconditioner has to be switched on at reception, once switched off in room you have to go down and ask again for it to be turned on.
good service and wonderful attention to us helping us find travel and places Great breakfast for vegetarians and plenty of it.
A bit pricey as it was last minute and at a time where Dublin had high occupancy but still fair value for money
