Location, most of everything within walking distance - otherwise used public transport which was also on the doorstep.
Very short supply of hot water for the shower.
Staff were lovely, location great.
a bit noisy at night but not a big issue
The room was quiet enough, you wouldn't expect that at this central location in Temple Bar!
The regular price exposed by boeking.com seemed very high to me,although we had a fair reduction!
The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. I had the sense they genuinely love creating a hospitable welcome and comfortable environment. Although primarily there for an event for business, I happily took advantage of the location to explore and enjoy what Dublin has to offer. Comfortable room, nice view of the river, nice breakfast...nothing to complain about. I had been tipped off by a review before I went to choose the double room rather than the single as the single is at the back without a view. Glad I made that choice.
It's close to the centre of town and very welcoming, breakfast was excellent.
Beautiful view on the Millennium Bridge & River Liffey; 1-2mins walk to hop-on-off tour bus stop; 3-4mins walk to good restaurants; and less than 10mins walk to Grafton Street for shopping.
room was clean but the heat/air conditioner made a bit of noise throughout.
amazing location, staff very friendly, huge bed and bedroom
Tiny towels was only draw back
Very affordable for such a fantastic location. Easy walking distance to all the highlights of Dublin. Also, for someone who is unfamiliar with Dublin, Eliza Lodge is very easy to find as it's right on the Liffey.
Only that I couldn't stay longer :)
Great beds, well equipped room, central location, overlooks Liffe. Very cheep! Key pad access a little strange but convenient. Excellent breakfast too.
No reception area was a little strange.
The location was superb and the quality of the apartment against the price.
No bad experiences.
Loved the location and friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was also filling and good!
Water was not hot for showering on one morning
Great central location near nice restaurants, pubs & restaurants - but not too much noise from those places. Great service from staff. Lovely view of the river from our room, but unfortunately a busy road runs alongside river & there was lots of traffic all day & night.
The busy road. The traffic noise went on all night.
The staff are extremely helpful and the rooms are very modern, spacious and clean. Overall I couldn't rate this hotel any more it was exactly what we were looking for and would definitely return any time we come to Dublin.
Found every thing as advertised when booking . spotlessly clean .excellent view . staff really helpful when had a query and in booking our taxi . located close to temple bar but no problem with noise .will definetly stay again
Location was great, staff was friendly, room was clean.
That there was no heating only a small electric heater provided in your room, this should be told to you before booking.
Ideal location being in the centre of it all
On the main road so was extremely noisy with the traffic
Breakfast was very good with great choice of freshly cooked food
Location Cosy room Easy access Clean with towels changed daily
Some traffic noise
The hotel was perfectly situated, breakfast excellent and rooms were good with a stunning view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and would definitely stay there again if ever in Dublin.
Only slight criticism was the grouting in the shower was discoloured and needed replacing.
Had a stunning view from our Room overlooking the Liffey River and a great room on third floor. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. Restaurant downstairs and heaps of other places to eat in the Temple Bar area.
Hard to find at night if you have a car and lift is only from Ist floor.
Location was very handy to good pubs and central shopping district.Nice spot on river.
Very small room. No drop off or pick up access if arriving by car. Hard to spot from road. Room was very noisy at night. Car park quite a long way off, meant a big haul with luggage in the morning or a 20 minute drive to pick up bags, but risk of parking fine or clamping, so better to just haul bags across the foot bridge to car park. This hotel would suit young backpackers.
The room was very big. The location was perfect.
No common areas. The reception is very small and uncomfortable.
Helpfullness and friendliness of staff Location of hotel Food
The location is perfect, the rooms are cosy and welcoming and the view of the River Liffey is just gorgeous. Lovely staff and I wouldn't hesitate about staying again. Thank you for a lovely stay
