The staff were very professional and helpful. We had a family event (Birthday Party) in the function room on the friday evening, which was excellent. The buffet was great and the dressing of the room was lovely. Everyone enjoyed the evening.

The only thing i was disappointed with, was that the bedrooms at the front with sea views were not available. The reason given was the rooms were quite cold in the winter months. I'd suggest that updating the heating systems would be an advantage as its is in a lovely spot looking over the sea front and promenade. I'm sure tourists visting Ireland for the first time would enjoy the treat!

Easy location, nice view, great breakfast buffet, good pricing, no noise, nice and private, friendly helpful staff

the colour of the water re bath on Sat night and Friday was brown and not hot, so maybe a plumber is needed to fix this problem, also outside balacony lights left on both night, I should have phoned down to have them turned off....no smelly deodorisers in rooms they are horrible

Location, staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good, lots of healthy choises.

Our room was very noisy due to its location over the function room, we were given another room after complaining but this had industrial fans outside the window which made sleeping impossible, Your staff were very professional about this matter and it was resolved fairly the following morning.

The sea front location and the very quiet surroundings - with the exception of a train every 15 minutes

I will be writing a letter of compaint to the hotel and to the Best Western chain about the very loud noise of running water which was amplified by the radiator in the room. It sounded like a cystern refilling and was running late into the night and kept me awake, I registered a complaint with the night porter - but there was only one other room on the same floor, but it was just as noisy

It was a lovely hotel right on the seafront and near the train and bus stations beautiful nice big rooms well maintained and very clean.
