We were allocated a bedroom with 2 double beds so it was quite spacious. The beds were comfortable and the hostess tray had a good supply of tea/coffee etc. At breakfast I would prefer tea / coffee to be served in tea pots/coffee pots at table. Breakfast was adequate.

The weather was fantastic and the hotel couldn't have been more central. No parking available at the hotel car park. The view from the hotel room was a wall! (room 106).

Close to everywhere Didnt like the noise from the pub - we were on the second floor with children and was difficult to get to sleep as there was music in the bar 2 flights below us. The car park - very awkward to have to haul your kids and bags (no help offered at all) to get through a disco floor where there was all leads of a hoover. Difficult to get out of a narow car park also.

Nice and friendly, great location and perfect for a guys golfing break Limited car parking could have been an issue but fortunately early starts and late arrivals meant public parking was ok (and free). Some form of permit to use a public carpark woud help.

The location Musty smell of room on arrival. No hot water the 2nd day until the late afternoon. Price of food outrageous. Price of drink expensive and geared towards milking the american or foreign tourist.

the only thing that i did't like was the distance i had to go to get to the front hall. i had two children with me and one was in a buggy and between the distance and a few steps it just made life a little harder. however the room they gave me was an up grade but this did not make up for the steps. all this said if i had not been traveling with kids it was an ideal location the staff were really friendly and the bar had brill music.

We found the staff to be friendly and helpful with a good knowledge of the area and things to see and do. We had a evening meal in Danny Manns bar part of the hotel and i thought that the presentation was every poor.

The Staff were really helpful & friendly, the bar food was really nice Noisy the next morning, you could hear other guests in their rooms. No car park available- had to park in a public car park nearby, but was a distance when having heavy baggage. No Hot water the next morning for showers-we were told that it would heat up in about 10 mins but we waited over an hour and had to then check out without showers

Very comfortable bed and room. Great location, right in centre of town. There is a lot of noise on weekend with nearby pubs and clubs. But this is expected in town centers.

The hotel was in a great location in Killarney center, it had ample parking though some might find the alley a little to narrow. The room was grand, nothing hectic, but clean and tidy and apart from the bed being a bit tired it was up to the standard for what we paid. The staff were friendly. The bed sagged a bit and made sleep a slight bit uncomfortable. The walk from the carpark to the reception went via a night club that smelled of nightclub - not a major issue for the 20 seconds eachway but it might turn off some people.
