Killarney town was great Most of the staff were not irish as I had hoped some were rude more interested in getting the customers out of the way as quickly as possible especially at breakfast. All the guests were crammed into a small section of the dining area so that the limited number of staff could provide as little service as quickly as possible. The gents toilet was flooded and not shut. |

everything was very close by. entertainment in the evenings was very good. the restaurant was a bit on the dark side and could do with a revamp. and the tables could do with a good cleaning down. |

Request for extra towels and toothpaste was made but was never received. Request for breakfast to the room was made (hung on outside of door evening before) but was not received. |

being upgraded free of charge!!! the parking was an issue, we had to park in public carpark. we had to be up at 8.30am to pay for parking disc - bit 2 early for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Visted places around the area One on of the mornings the fire alarm went off at 7.30 in the mornig and we left our rooms only to find out that there was someone smoking in a non smoking room not once did we get any "sorry" from any member of staff which i felt we should have. The car packing space in the Hotel was by far the worst i have seen. |

Location excellent. Good parking ( for a motorcycle). Free internet and comfortable lounge for a wet day. Very very congested at reception when bus tours arriving/departing. These clients can be very pushy - other guests beware! Long corridors! |

The price was excellent. Yes. I had booked a 2 bed room and was put in a 1 bed room. I did not receive an apology or any reason. Finally I got the difference in room price ($10) refunded to me. |

Clean, good sized room. Polite staff. Good food in the bar during the day. Poor shower & awkwardly positioned toilet. No air con in room. Strange smell in 1 corridor. Annoying, tacky music at breakfast. Cheesy, pseudo 'traditional' music in the bar every night - both obnoxious & too loud(a common trend in Killarney). Very limited parking. Fire alarm went off at 6.30am one morning. Mute switch could not b found so everyone was evacuating before it was finally switched off |
