location, price, staff, room, bar. Some rowdies in the bar ruined the late night for others and should have been shut up or ejected. Parking was tight. |

As I only stayed overnight it is difficult to like or dislike anything in particular, although staff were very helpful. When I arrived I was late for a concert and found that the lift was out of order so had a long walk to the service lift which was a bit frustrating. |

The room, staff and hotel in general were very good. I stayed in room 216 which was very loud from what sounded like a boiler |

The Eviston House Hotel is situated in a very central location of Killarney town, plenty of pubs nearby. Apart from one Northern girl at reception I found the staff to be quite rude and unwelcoming and the staff in the hotel bar were extremely ignorant. |

After a long day of travelling and late check-in, everything was available to us-food, music, bar facilities. The reception staff and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The triple room was very spacious and comfortable. |

That it is in a Central Location This was my third time staying in the hotel-and the most disapointing, The room standard really varies, My 1st stay was an old room-had not been decorated or re-done in a long time, but it was a nice room and spacious. My second stay was in a very nice modern room. However this stay was in a very old and dark, and very small room, quite disapointing really. The weather was really warm and when i went to open the window the handle had been broken off, so the first nights stay was awful as the room was small it got very warm and had no air conditioning either, although when i rang reception the next morning about it a very nice man came up and fixed it that afternoon. |
