Convienent centre town. Room right at back were not told of lift access from car park. Noise from streets though was a Saturday night.

Close to shops. Staff friendly room clean and comfortable meals good. Parking on site extremely difficult. Lane very narrow but large rubbish bin made it very hard

Excellent staff and food weathers was awful while we went away but everything was available in hotel. Food was very good busy bar and great Irish music didn't have too leave the hotel for anything wil def be back

The staff were very nice and friendly The was a group of lads shouting and banging on everyones room doors at 4am in morning I got a trible fight and when i rang for nite man no one answered the phone it was only on the second floor so am sure staff could hear them but no one came to see what was happen and it counited on for 45 mins,,,, I am afriad I would not stay in this hotel again due to poor security

Central location Too many same sex groups + bar being used for reception + selling beer at night,early morning. Not funny when you have a complaint and have to go down (phones not working) first time in night cloths 2/half hours later had to get dressed and go down again,problem still not sorted.....

The hotel is in an excellent location right in the middle of everything. The staff are very friendly and the food is great. Over all great value for money. Loved the room we were given we asked for a room away from the front and thats what we got. They even closed another door seperating us from the next hallway and it was so quiet. Nothing could not find anything wrong
