Best Western Eviston House Hotel

it was friendly, comfortable, central,

it was convinent & the price was good

the room was'ent verry big when people were walking past the room the headboard was against that wall the wall was moving yuo would be thinking that the wall was going to fall in it was a bit wierd

the staff where very helpful and friendly the entertainment was excellent food was good also and the bar was open late

The location and rooms were excellant for budget stayers and the night time security was excellant

The room, staff and hotel in general were very good.

I stayed in room 216 which was very loud from what sounded like a boiler

Very convenient for everything in town

The Eviston House Hotel is situated in a very central location of Killarney town, plenty of pubs nearby.

Apart from one Northern girl at reception I found the staff to be quite rude and unwelcoming and the staff in the hotel bar were extremely ignorant.

It was in the town centre and quite handy for shopping is all.

The hotel room was quite cold the bed also was cold and it could have done with a new matteress over all they could do with getting the painters in.

the hotel was in the centre of town and close to all local attractions the staff were friendly and helpful

After a long day of travelling and late check-in, everything was available to us-food, music, bar facilities. The reception staff and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The triple room was very spacious and comfortable.

That it was very cheap and clean and in the city centre.

This was my third time staying in the hotel-and the most disapointing, The room standard really varies, My 1st stay was an old room-had not been decorated or re-done in a long time, but it was a nice room and spacious. My second stay was in a very nice modern room. However this stay was in a very old and dark, and very small room, quite disapointing really. The weather was really warm and when i went to open the window the handle had been broken off, so the first nights stay was awful as the room was small it got very warm and had no air conditioning either, although when i rang reception the next morning about it a very nice man came up and fixed it that afternoon.
