Un accueil moyen , nous sommes des touristes , nous nous sommes fait influencés par l'offre chambre de luxe (à prix egal rien à voir avec le Carlton à Dublin airport . Nous avions une belle vue sur les poubelles et un tas de palettes !! |

Chambre et salle de bain très confortables et spacieuse. Décoration et ambieuse générale chaleureuse. Parking privé de l'hôtel avec des places assez limités. Plus de place à notre arrivée. Obligation de garer la voiture dans un parking public |

the bar man was really nice he even lit the fire for us when we arrived the parking was ridiculious, we had to drive down a narrow little alley and we tore the mirror off the wall it was that bad, i am just wondering what would happen if there was a fire down there or was it even passed by health and safety |

Killarney town was great Most of the staff were not irish as I had hoped some were rude more interested in getting the customers out of the way as quickly as possible especially at breakfast. All the guests were crammed into a small section of the dining area so that the limited number of staff could provide as little service as quickly as possible. The gents toilet was flooded and not shut. |

everything was very close by. entertainment in the evenings was very good. the restaurant was a bit on the dark side and could do with a revamp. and the tables could do with a good cleaning down. |

Request for extra towels and toothpaste was made but was never received. Request for breakfast to the room was made (hung on outside of door evening before) but was not received. |
