Os quartos são espaçosos e limpos. O hotel está muito bem situado. é um excelente lugar para descansar. O facto de os recepcionistas não falarem outra língua a não ser o inglês (em Portugal os recepcionistas dos hotéis falam pelo menos uma língua estrangeira além da língua materna). O facto do pequeno almoço não ser incluído no preço. O acesso ao parque de estacionamento é difícil (entrada muito estreita). |

That it is in a Central Location This was my third time staying in the hotel-and the most disapointing, The room standard really varies, My 1st stay was an old room-had not been decorated or re-done in a long time, but it was a nice room and spacious. My second stay was in a very nice modern room. However this stay was in a very old and dark, and very small room, quite disapointing really. The weather was really warm and when i went to open the window the handle had been broken off, so the first nights stay was awful as the room was small it got very warm and had no air conditioning either, although when i rang reception the next morning about it a very nice man came up and fixed it that afternoon. |

i enjoyed the town and the countryside very child friendly. noise outside the room was a big let down to our break no sleep what so ever. |

Staff very helpful rearding sightseeing trips and dinner options. Awesome when we needed to change our reservations. Helpful airport information. The rooms were a bit warm, but it was unseasonably hot in Ireland. But they had fans available! |

Very helpfull staff central location in Killarney all places within easy walking distance. Car park access not easy to find and spaces limited In general terms we enjoyed our stay no problems. |

Good location, clean rooms, great athmosphere in the Danny Man I did not like the fact that the firm alarm went off at 2.20am for approximately 30 minutes, upon checkout there was no apology for the disruption or inconvenience. |

We were upgraded free of charge to a Deluxe room on arrival. Staff were excellent and both bar and restaurant food were delicious and reasonably priced. |
