The cleanliness and facilities in room. The friendliness and helpfulness of staff. As it was in a rural setting there was a totally relaxed atmosphere. Good value for money and the inclusion of a very good continental breakfast.

The infrequency of bus service from airport, but having said that I was told without any hesitation that if we got a taxi, the fare would be refunded. However, it was difficult to get a taxi from zone 2 outside the airport, but in the end all worked out fine. It was very easy to get a taxi to Hueston the following day. This was arranged for us at the desk and the fare was very reasonable.

I enjoyed the nearness of the Crowne Plaza and advantage of being able to roam around and use its facilities.

I was very impressed by the services at this hotel. We used this hotel as a convienient stop over prior to morning flights and felt that it afforded excellent value for money with continental breakfast and free bus to the airport thrown in.

We initially thought it a little strange having to go to the hotel next door for an evening meal but it was so close and we received a 10 % discount that we were more than happy.

I was met with courtesy from the moment I arrived, even thought it was after midnight. My room was large with an additional sofa. I wished i was not leaving the next morning early! The tea and coffee making facilities in the room were very welcome.

i couldn't find the shuttle to the hotel as i arrived at night, so i had to take a taxi and the taxi driver wasn't nice as it was very short drive and he expected more money to get...the rest was ok:)

Convenient breakfast area, shuttle bus availability times to airport and two local restaurants within walking distance with a park across the street.

I had a rental car to park for one day and the only parking available is the parking garage provided by the Holiday Inn. Since there is no parking on the street or near the hotel there should be no charge to guests of the hotel for parking. Six euros a day is charged.

Lack of foodbar facilities. As the Bars & restuarants in the ajoining hotel were full with an event.

It was comfortable, efficient, excellent amenities and breakfast included, timely airport shuttle, easy access for tired travellers.

We liked the breakfast and adjoining restaurant- excellent, nice variety, nutritious. Nice bathroom and shower. Great service to airport.

We found our bed uncomfortable, too hard.

Very courteous service. Arrived way early before check-in time, and while asking for luggage storage, the desk person voluntarily offered to check me in right away, and it was greatly appreciated since i was really tired after the overnight flight. On top of the courteous service, the breakfast was also very good, nothing fancy, but healthy and plentiful.

we liked the hotel staff, the free ticket for spa that we didn't know of, the food was good, great breakfast. the cooperation with local agency's that you can on trips with, and they come to pick you up and drop you off in the hotel

the first night in the room next door people shouted almost the whole night, when we called the reception, they reacted right away, but the guests continued to shout shortly after that.
