The helpfulness of every staff member from the people at reception to the janitor to the waitresses--couldn't be better.

Noisy fan in the room.

Location to the airport, staff, cleanliness.

Lack of restaurants nearby and lack of knowledge of nearby restaurants. Rooms are very "ikea" like - very minimal....but clean (which is the most important to us).

Helpful advice from the staff. Pillow option was great. Great location to stay for airport travellers. Also local bus stop 50 metres up the road. Takes you right into town next to the sightseeing buses.

Had to pay for parking at the car park next door.

Booking.com was able to add an extra night at late notice, and alerted staff to our late arrival, after our travel plans changed. Though we arrived after the usual breakfast period, we were able to get a bite before our sleep.

the best part were all the employees we encountered from the front desk, to the lady working the breakfast and everyone else in between.

we just didn't figure out how to turn on the air & lights fast enough. had no idea we were supposed to insert one of the room keys on the thing by the door.

Convenient location near airport with free shuttle.

Room needs updating. Still has cathode ray tube TV. Mattress is almost non-existent, very thin. Bathroom has mold around the shower surround and on the ceiling above the shower. Carpet was worn and stained. Not up to the standard of other hotels that I stayed in Ireland.

I loved how comfortable the beds were. The staff was extremely helpful. It was an easy jaunt into city center and to the airport. The breakfast was good and there are several places within walking distance to eat.

Nothing. The room was small but efficient. It worked!

Perfect could not fault this hotel at all. There was early check in at no extra charge as r rooms were ready (two twin rooms next to each other) They held are luggage till are flight the next day. Breakfast was lovely had a wide range to eat. The list goes on with how good everything was.

Could do with sign outside entrance of Park in which hotel was located. Drove past it the first time as did not know it was inside entrance flanked with tall pillars.

Hotel and room were very clean, staff very friendly and proffesional, location fantastic.

Breakfast very low quality and not a lot of choice for cooked breakfast. The orange juice tasted of water even though it looked as orange juice. If they imrpoved this, I could not fault this hotel!!

When I Booked Double Room from booking.ie the give me Twin Room and so the Receptionist said we do not have Contacted with booking.ie. Make sure If you like call me. If that true I will never booking with you.

Fairly close to the airport, great for early/late flight arrival/ departure. There is bus stop on the main street close to the hotel which is convenient for travellers who want to have a short visit to downtown Dublin. Breakfast is simple but can defintely feed you up for the day. Staff's friendly and helpful.

There is no fixed time table for the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel so it's hard to expect when the shuttle bus arrives.

Very convenient to Dublin airport but located in a quiet road, so we didn't hear much noise. Complimentary shuttle bus runs every half hour between the hotel & the airport. Good buffet breakfast included in the room rate. Staff were helpful & friendly.

The location was extremely good for the airport and city. Great value parking. The rooms and public areas were very clean. The staff polite and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast hot and tasty Great team.

My recent stay was the worse experience I have ever had at a hotel. I arrived at Dublin airport to find there were no clear directions to the courtesy bus stop. The staff at dublin airport did not know either. It took me almost an hour to find out where to go ( I was unable to check my e mail). I then arrived at the hotel late and very tired. I then went to my room to find a huge group of young people clearly drunk and making lots of noise. The hotel said that a security guard would deal with the group but he had no success. The noisy group continued throughout the night and I got no sleep at all. And then, to put the icing on the cake, someone started to drill a hole in the wall outside my room at 7.30am. I complained to the hotel staff and I am still waiting for a response from the manager. I will never stay at a holiday inn hotel again
