Everything was fine. I have apreciated the fact that you have several sockets (American, British, European) so that you can use your lap-top with no need for an adaptor. Wi-Fi is impressive and front desk staff are very nice. Kryzthina (not sure abot the spelling) is a real star

location, very hard to find as there are no signs directing you probably fault of city council.better to follow signs to crown plaza hotel on seme location.

Transit Bus to airport was a positive feature. Room was good - very comfortable bed and pillows. Easy public transport access to city. Number 16a bus. Can catch that bus and other buses eg 41, 41b and 41c from outside the Post office in O'Connell St. Breakfast was excellent.

Room was a bit 'tired" but bathroom and living area were serviceable for a short stay.

Clean and cheerful hotel with friendly and cheerful staff. Though the hotel itself does not have a restaurant for dinner, less than 50 m away is a larger hotel with a very good restaurant and bar.

This was an extremely comfortable hotel with large and well-equipped rooms (especially by European standards). The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good and location was great if you needed to be close to the aiport. The free shuttle took 10 minutes and ran every half hour during the majority of the day (I think it was every hour in the late evening).

The staff, although they were very willing to help, weren't well acquainted with the Dublin bus schedule and also didn't tell me that the shuttle only ran every half hour, so I ended up leaving for the aiport 30 minutes later than I planned. It wasn't a big deal as I still ended up having plenty of time for my flight, but could have been a problem. Also, while I do recommend the hotel for aiport travel, I don't recommend it for seeing the city. It does take time to get downtown (at least 30 minutes) and the Dublin buses can be confusing (talk to the driver -- they don't call out stops). I actually had to change buses to get where I was going downtown and I got on the wrong bus coming back because the bus didn't stop near the hotel on the return trip, although it did on the outbound (again talk to the driver when you get on!). Finally, in the airport it is a long walk to the coach park from where the airport shuttle leaves, but it is well marked. Overall, I recommend this hotel for people with early morning flights but otherwise I would stay in the city center where there are several cheaper hotels and the Airlink runs every 10-15 minutes (it is only 30 minutes to the airport).

Stayed at hotel while my daughter had surgery at the Santry Sports Clinic. Exceptional value, good breakfast, nice bedroom. Excellent location for clinic.

The bed could have been slightly bigger...other than that nothing!

We like the area.

The hotel was very very noisy during the night especially from 2 am - 4 am. We telephoned reception and some-one did come round but the noise didn't stop for longer than a few minutes. The staff next morning did say they were sorry but we are not happy as we had specifically asked for a quiet room!

A lovely pleasant, friendly athmosphere.

I was very impressed with the hotel very clean easy to find great location next to crowne plaza for meals and drinks breakfast superb and price excellent. Will stay again definitley. Top marks

The shuttle bus was convenient. The price was good. It was value for money. Very clean.

The hot breakfast could have been better. A more regular shuttle bus in the afternoon, every hour is too long.
