Nice breakfast and bar was great. Street map at the front desk of downtown Galway made walking around a breeze. Please note that because it is a downtown hotel you are able to hear the bar music until the bars close! |

I loved that it was so close to the square and within 5 mins walk of shop and quay street. The red square bar that adjoins the hotel was one of the best bars I have ever been in If wi-fi was available in the room it would be excellent |

Location was very central. Car park around the corner was close by but very busy on the weekend that we visited. Breakfast in teh morning was nice, but dining room dark and gloomy Bedroom was very noisy. Disco downstairs going till 3am. Our room door kept banging as people moved around the corridor. No air con. Room got very hot. Dining room very dark, staff at breakfast not very helpful |

Great location in the heart of Eyre Square in Galway. Very close everything the city has to offer. Attentive and friendly staff with good amenities. The quality of the pillows was the only thing we didn't like |

Our room was clean and a good size and in general the hotel was in a great location to visit Galway. It was a little noisy at night, but the hotel did warn us about that in advance. It would be nice if there were wifi available in the room or at least a designated room other than the lobby. |

Convenient to everything! Very nice room, very clean, staff was very friendly. They state on their website that guest may "experience some resonance from music in the bar". Coyote night club is next to the hotel. I was on the fourth floor and it was like sleeping on the dance floor every night until 3am. If you don't mind the noise the hotel was very, very nice. |

Not alot going for this hotel besides its location to the city. Had a very mixed guest age profile literally from 18 to 80. Also build on a nightclub site for the young provides free entry for the older chance to hear the music while in bed. Bathroom was not the most hygenic, sink got blocked easily which left the remains of brushing teeth over night. Shower power was very weak no quick shower here. |

I did not like the fact that I had to pay for my car parking something I was not advised of at any stage until I tried to get my car out |
