la posizione centrale e la comodità alla stazione del bus e treni. Buono il servizio ristorante e pub . La pulizia è notevolmente carente. L'arredo è troppo vecchio e malandato. |

Nice breakfast and bar was great. Street map at the front desk of downtown Galway made walking around a breeze. Please note that because it is a downtown hotel you are able to hear the bar music until the bars close! |

I loved that it was so close to the square and within 5 mins walk of shop and quay street. The red square bar that adjoins the hotel was one of the best bars I have ever been in If wi-fi was available in the room it would be excellent |

Location was very central. Car park around the corner was close by but very busy on the weekend that we visited. Breakfast in teh morning was nice, but dining room dark and gloomy Bedroom was very noisy. Disco downstairs going till 3am. Our room door kept banging as people moved around the corridor. No air con. Room got very hot. Dining room very dark, staff at breakfast not very helpful |

Convenience of location, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable. A little bit noisy after the nightclub. |

Great location in the heart of Eyre Square in Galway. Very close everything the city has to offer. Attentive and friendly staff with good amenities. The quality of the pillows was the only thing we didn't like |
