Excellent,staff,food,location & breakfast to die for.

No flat screen tv in room although they are upgrading the rooms and some have them.

Comfortable well appointed room.

Noise from adjacent nightclub and traffic.

Not so much a dislike but the outside could do with a freshing up

the room was very small. table broken.paintwork drab. this is year 2013. so small it was dangerous to try make a cup of tea. was room only so i cannot comment on food.

There was a guy on reception , unfortunely I didn't get his name but he was so friendly and helpful, a credit to the hotel

From the moment I arrived, I was treated with the most polite and respectful staff, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Upon checking out, again the front desk was most helpful as my bus back to Ennis was not until 4:05 P.M. I was able to stash my small bag and accordion safely, and was able to relax in the lobby while waiting.

The only mild complaint that on the first night the shower was only mildly hot, really just warm.

The mattress in my bedroom was very uncomfortable it was past its sell be date an worn out.

The staff where lovely, very helpful and friendly, hotel was very nice and the breakfast very good

The noise level, while we expected noise until pubs clubs close the music in the night club went on until after four in the morning, far later than informed then once the club closed the noise of other stayers was terrible with people running up and down the corridor shouting fire and banging on doors etc, also the bus station besdie our room made announcement over the intercom from early int he morning which we where not informed about, we where competing in teh connemara marathon and had no sleep at all due to the level of noise but if you where going to a hens etc would definately recommend the hotel

Price of room service in my pack it includes b&b and yet id to pay ten euro for it to be delivered up to room

The bed was very good and the Lady on reception was very friendly

The hotel looks old and run down. The carpets are worn in public areas and there was a strong smell of disenfectant in the stairwell.
