挨着两个汽车站，交通非常方便，去断崖非常方便。酒店地点在市中心，离购物街也非常近！酒店环境很好，员工- 很热情，屋子很干净，非常好！！

Excellent location

I travel on my own a lot and would love if the hotel and hotels in general would bring down the price for a single room.

The staff were excellent and very helpful

No undercover smoking area.

Location right in the centre Galway a few minuets walk to the Latin Quarter and shopping area. Right beside the train and bus station.

It was close to a nice area with shops.

It was right next to a night club that is open six days per week. The welcome letter said [and I quote] "Please note that the Eyre Square Hotel is a lively city center hotel with music in the Red Square Bar. Coyotes Nite Club is adjacent to the hotel, it is open 6 Days per week. Therefore guests might experience some resonance from music." The bass music from the club was so loud from 11:00pm to 2:00am that we gave up sleeping and just read/watched some television until it finally stopped. Unless you are the clubbing type and are going to be at that club DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Breakfast was lovely and the night porter was a great 'craic'

As soon as we reached the first floor corridor we were met with an overwhelming smell of smoke, it was disgusting!

Public areas was nice with a good pub.

Room was atrocious. It had not been renovated in a good 15 years - carpeting was old and tatty (stained and burned with an iron several times). Furniture was hodge-podge mix. However, the bed was ok and clean.

The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful (apart from the Manager who had very poor Customer Service skills) and was unapologetic for the noise disruption - he intimated that it was our fault for booking the hotel and that "if I had to give a discount to everyone who had a poor stay, I would have to refund 55 rooms every night".

I would not recommend this hotel unless you're on a boys/girls party weekend out. The hotel shares a wall with a nightclub that is open every day except Tuesday. We had a room with that wall (on the 4th floor of the hotel) and we were awake between 12 and 2am every night that the club was open. The bass carries right up through the wall and you can identify every song being played because it is so loud. Despite mentioning that the hotel is adjacent to a club - it doesn't go far enough to explain just how loud and disruptive it is. Quote from the Manager: "If I had to give a discount to everyone who had a poor stay because of the music, I would have to refund 55 rooms every night"
