The room was really beautiful and the location was great Yes, we were running a little late on the morning we had to leave and we got a very abrupt call about were we checking out. It was not even 11:30 so i felt we were being rushed out of the hotel. |

I loved the bathroom in our room , very modern and luxurious. The brekfast here is excellent and they also serve evening meals - Its an exceptionally clean and well kept hotel. Our room was at the front of the hotel and I found it very noisy early in the morning (street cleaning, traffic etc....). Did'nt get the much needed sleep-in I was looking forward to.The T.v did'nt have a great picture - it was fuzzy(disapointing 'cause I had something in particular which I had to watch that very night).I Informed the staff 'bout this on leaving (It may have been a result of bad weather that night).It doesnt have a car park - but there is one close by - just make sure you get your ticket the night before to cover you for the morning, the Hotel staff will inform you if you ask. |

A first class guest house which would put many 4 star hotels to shame.An enjoyable experience from start to finish, pity it was only one night. Very high standards. |

We booked a one night stay through booking.com at a special rate. However the hotel did not know about this special rate and we had to produce our booking.com print out to avail of the rate. This was disappointing. |

the breakfast was good and the location was excellent i found the hotel very crammed. the room which was supposed to be a superior room was very basic and small. |

Decor, location, friendly staff, good breakfast, handy nearby parking complimentary/"included" The top floor executive room offered for extra 10 Euro was lovely; but on front of building it was exposed to a lot of street noise, and roof skylights (1 each, bathroom & bedroom) were noisy when heavy downpour of rain was drumming on them. My colleagues were in "standard" room at back of building, which was much quieter; e.g., no street noise, and no skylights. |

Very comfortable hotel and lovely executive rooms. Staff very nice. Sadly although restaurant was advertised no food was available when we tried to book. |

Location was fantastic! The executive room was lovely, I wouldn't recommend the standard room as it looked very small. There was no parking on site as the hotel is on the main street, had to get up at 8:30 to pay for the car park down the street. We had a room facing the street so it was very noisy. Staff are not very friendly at all. |

we were made feel very welcome,the fact that this hotel is family run gives that personal touch.nothing was a bother ,i wouldhave no hesitation recomending this hotel,we had a great time. |

A guesthouse that had many attributes of a 4 or 5 star hotel. Great central location in Killarney. Double bed was standard size and would have preferred larger. |

Confortable beds and roomy ensuite. Sitting room area elegant. Hotel was central with easy access to shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Never found the bar. Perhaps there was not one. |

Only stayed one night but it was very pleasant if rather quiet It was more like a guest house in so far as when we arrived back around 12.30, everything was extremely quiet with no-one in sight. We tried to get the services of a night porter but got no answer when we didalled 0 for reception!! Breakfast was very good and staff were very helpful |

There was actually room in the room! And it was clean and decorated nicely. Staff were helpful with computer issues as well. A minor flaw, the tables were a little crowded in the dining area. |

the room was very spacious. and very nice. the bathrrom was very spacious and had a jacuzzi. we were disappointed that there ws no bar area. it said a lounge on the internet but that was a few chiars in reception area. the estaurant was slighty small and was not suitable for us as we had a infant with us and couldnt fit the pram in. |
