Location was fantastic! The executive room was lovely, I wouldn't recommend the standard room as it looked very small. There was no parking on site as the hotel is on the main street, had to get up at 8:30 to pay for the car park down the street. We had a room facing the street so it was very noisy. Staff are not very friendly at all. |

A guesthouse that had many attributes of a 4 or 5 star hotel. Great central location in Killarney. Double bed was standard size and would have preferred larger. |

Confortable beds and roomy ensuite. Sitting room area elegant. Hotel was central with easy access to shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Never found the bar. Perhaps there was not one. |

Only stayed one night but it was very pleasant if rather quiet It was more like a guest house in so far as when we arrived back around 12.30, everything was extremely quiet with no-one in sight. We tried to get the services of a night porter but got no answer when we didalled 0 for reception!! Breakfast was very good and staff were very helpful |

There was actually room in the room! And it was clean and decorated nicely. Staff were helpful with computer issues as well. A minor flaw, the tables were a little crowded in the dining area. |

the room was very spacious. and very nice. the bathrrom was very spacious and had a jacuzzi. we were disappointed that there ws no bar area. it said a lounge on the internet but that was a few chiars in reception area. the estaurant was slighty small and was not suitable for us as we had a infant with us and couldnt fit the pram in. |

Nice, clean hotel, great location, helpful and friendly staff. Late check-in after 15.30. Hotel walls are too thin, able to hear noisy neighbors talking in the corridor. |

The Fairview is a lovely looking hotel, very centrally located in Killarney. The evening meal that we had in their restaurant was beautiful. Website problematic. Does not describe whether rooms 'double' or 'twin'. Ended up having to pay 20 euro extra to transfer to 'executive' to get two beds. Shortage of towels and toiletries in bathroom. Jacuzzi needs bath sheets not towels and more than three if two people in room |

Very central, staff very friendly, cleanliness and breakfast excellent, great location, decor fresh and modern, very comfortable and no noise at night therefore a good nights sleep guaranteed Perhaps in these recessionary times prices could be reduced, we stayed in May double room €45 pp telephone booking, to make telephone booking for 1st Aug this time it was costing €85.00pp, we needed a room with ensuite not necessarily an Executive Room, then I realised booking through yourselves was cheaper, but then everyone has'nt the facility to do that. We saw B&B's advertised for €35pp granted they would'nt have the luxuxy of the Fairview but would have equal centrality but it is rather expensive in peak holiday time |

The Fairview provided us with a 'little bit of luxury'. Our room was nicely appointed and spacious It was situated in an ideal central location within easy walking distance to restaurants, pubs, shops etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. |

Comfortable spacious rooms with king size bed &.large flat screen tv. Loved the décor. Lovely staff with a personal, helpful and friendly approach. Great breakfast. Good location for getting around and a Jacuzzi in the room was an added bonus. A great place to stay! Check in time is 3.30pm but reception stored our luggage so it wasn't a problem. |
