Situé en plein coeur de la ville, il permet de pouvoir passer une soirée en centre ville (oû les commerces sont exceptionnellement ouvert jusu'à 10 h pm) sans se préoccuper du retour. Personnel un peu froid |

Hotel de classe en plein centre de Killarney, calme, petit déjeuner somptueux avec service soigné, belle salle de bains confortable. Mobilier cosy. Pas de parking sur place, mais possibilité de se garer dans parking public 3 euros par 24 heures à 3 mn. |

excellent séjour (4 nuits) dans une chambre très confortable à la décoration raffinée, dotée des équipements les plus modernes et d'un coin salon bien agréable. Accueil sympathique et personnel efficace et professionnel. Hôtel calme bien que situé à quelques pas du centre ville. Absence de parking privé, mais la dépose des bagages devant l'hôtel est possible et le parking public à tarifs modérés est seulement à une centaine de mètres de l'hôtel |

The room was really beautiful and the location was great Yes, we were running a little late on the morning we had to leave and we got a very abrupt call about were we checking out. It was not even 11:30 so i felt we were being rushed out of the hotel. |

I loved the bathroom in our room , very modern and luxurious. The brekfast here is excellent and they also serve evening meals - Its an exceptionally clean and well kept hotel. Our room was at the front of the hotel and I found it very noisy early in the morning (street cleaning, traffic etc....). Did'nt get the much needed sleep-in I was looking forward to.The T.v did'nt have a great picture - it was fuzzy(disapointing 'cause I had something in particular which I had to watch that very night).I Informed the staff 'bout this on leaving (It may have been a result of bad weather that night).It doesnt have a car park - but there is one close by - just make sure you get your ticket the night before to cover you for the morning, the Hotel staff will inform you if you ask. |

A first class guest house which would put many 4 star hotels to shame.An enjoyable experience from start to finish, pity it was only one night. Very high standards. |

We booked a one night stay through booking.com at a special rate. However the hotel did not know about this special rate and we had to produce our booking.com print out to avail of the rate. This was disappointing. |

Decor, location, friendly staff, good breakfast, handy nearby parking complimentary/"included" The top floor executive room offered for extra 10 Euro was lovely; but on front of building it was exposed to a lot of street noise, and roof skylights (1 each, bathroom & bedroom) were noisy when heavy downpour of rain was drumming on them. My colleagues were in "standard" room at back of building, which was much quieter; e.g., no street noise, and no skylights. |

Location was fantastic! The executive room was lovely, I wouldn't recommend the standard room as it looked very small. There was no parking on site as the hotel is on the main street, had to get up at 8:30 to pay for the car park down the street. We had a room facing the street so it was very noisy. Staff are not very friendly at all. |

A guesthouse that had many attributes of a 4 or 5 star hotel. Great central location in Killarney. Double bed was standard size and would have preferred larger. |
