I find your hotel very relaxing and peaceful,also 98% of staff very helpful indeed, other 2% give impression that it's our fault (the customer) that they have to work there.But on the whole i love to stay at the fairways hotel and look forward to my next stay.. no snacks like crisps or peanuts sold behind the bar.. |

The staff and accommodation were both excellent and the hotel was exactly what we needed for our short stay. The breakfast was a bit on the meagre side and was pretty cold. Room for improvement. |

The staff were all very friendly and curtious The only thing that spoilt my stay was the room ketel. Someone had placed two used cotton balls a chip and some brown liquid and had just left it. it was simply disgusting. However the staff at rececption did get a clean one to my room very quickly |

we gathered for the eve of a family wedding and the staff at the bar gave continued good service with the kitchen in serving sandwiches and then sausages etc for the 2 children. staff at breakfast were excellent...under pressure with coachload of football supporters..still tried best to serve us quickly as residents. |

It was friendly and quiet...not many people around. The staff we met were really friendly. It was a little bit scary when on arrival the entrance door to the lobby was in Chains on entrance door....Security staff were on duty!! (8pm only!) There had been some "issues" apparently nearby and they were only letting hotel guests in! I was very nervous! |

Friendly and efficient staff Heating made alot of noise, breakfast was poor quality, also the bathroom while clean, was past its sell-by date in terms of fittings and decor. |
