Dat de klacht die ik had, over de temperatuur van mijn kamer, vrij snel werd opgelost. Ondanks de norse houding van receptioniste. De eerste kamer die ik kreeg aan gewezen leek op een koelcel. De verwarmings capaciteit was veel te laag. De tweede kamer zag er iets beter uit met voldoende warmte (nieuwe radiator) maar de warmwater voorziening was onvoldoende. Moest bad/douch zeker 5 min laten lopen voordat het water lauw warm werd. Roomservice bestaat wel, maar er moet eerst gevraagd worden aan de keuken of er wel voldoende personeel aanwezig is. Personeel komt nors over. Wat ik als klantonvriendelijk zou willen bestempelen

Only the price Except for bedroom, hotel was grubby all around, and dirty in dining area. We discovered that locals and guests were charged different prices for drink, guests being charged higher price. Breakfast was badly presented. General concensus....we will not be back.

Stayed here with my wife and 13 year old daughter for 2 nites for a easter break, was a lovely hotel, rooms were spotless&comfortable, breakfast was good to, we would def stay again if down that way, overall great value for money!! Only thing was not enough signs leading up to the hotel, had to stop off an ask for directions, but didnt put us off!

i enjoyed the fairways a lot the bar staff was very nice went out of there way to make a cocktail for me and my daughter very polite the room was very spacious and very clean great for shopping b going back very soon

We got a brilliant deal - Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean - a little updating of rooms but didnt take away from the value of our stay. Would def go back again A little outdated but this was only a minor issue.

Room big and comfortable. Parking Breakfast first morning was not good, rashers like leather, toast soggy etc, better the secong morning but overall a basic breakfast. Long walk through dark corridor to lift. Corridors were lit by motion sensors thus dark when you entered, not a good idea!

Room was lovely. Found the noise too much and was awake most of the night because of people in corridors letting off fire extinguishers and banging on doors. Breakfast was ok but staff were unfriendly and not very helpful. Was very disappointed with my stay and wouldn't stay again or recommend it to family or friends.

Good location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Value for money for a room. The dinner was great value with wine. The shower was a little cool in the morning even at full heat. Cut the shower curtain to fit. There was more of it in the shower than me!!. The heat in the room was cool to comfortable, a degree warmer would of been comfortable. (But I understand the cost saving in dropping it one degree). Soundproofing in the corridor would cut down on the noise. I would sooner pay for Bed and Breakfast, than have an extra cost for breakfast. Its more that the extras add-up.

Whilst the hotel is an eco friendly establishment, the lights in all areas are very dim. There was no hot water, and although it was blowing a gale and very cold the room was only luke warm. The tv was not working, the key did not work on our second night, it was very diffcult to get any room service. We booked a very important wake up call - and didnt get it. While the beds were made after our first night, the cups and teapot were left dirty I logged all this with the Receptionist who was helpful, and gave us a sandwich free of charge. We wont be staying at the Fairways again.

When we arrived at checkin we were informed that childrn were not allowed to use the lesiure centre that is adjacent to the hote his was instantly disapointing for my 9 year old son who had been traveling for hours in car. We thne went to our room quaility was ok standard very clean twasin the new section of the hotel. Went tohave a bath the was no hot water rag own to reception all I got ws iwill boost the boiler so it ended up we were left in room with no hot water so we had to go down for dinner dirty after the day and then to find the restaurant was cold there was no heating on and the food was disgusting and expensive I had lazage a to e honest I wouldnt giv eit to a dog it was that bad we went to bed ungry an cold so I would n commend this hotel to a family It needs revamping in the restaurant area

Hi ,my husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights.I Was very happy with my stay!it was relaxing and very enjoyable.Will definitely return again and recommend to family and freinds.The staff couldnt have been nicer and the facilities were fabulous.And the location was perfect for all we wanted to get done!Thank you...

Excellent value for money. I chose room only for €39/night. The rooms are spacious, clean and have free wifi. The staff were friendly and helpful. If it's cheap and functional you're looking for this hotel is perfect. The food is ok but over priced for what you get. I'd advise ordering from the bar menu rather than the restaurant menu as it's about €5 euro less for most things. I stayed here for business purposes on a few different occasions in December, the hotel bar/restaurant/lobby area was cold - uncomfortably so. The lift is hard to find the first time!

The hotel was lively and interesting. The staff friendly. The restaurant served breakfast and you could have food in the bar. All were of a good standard. We will stay there again. Once we had no hot water or central heating
