Convenience to where I was working. Comfort. Warmth -- room temp -- and room cleanliness. Distance from eating venues in town. Hotel menu expensive and limited, requiring trips to town etc. Very loud telly in room next door on one night only -- reported to reception. |

this was our second visit to the fairways. everything was so easy and nothing was a problem for the staff who were so friendly. we will be back just the one thing, we all paid for b&b but none of us had any breakfast and that was a waste of money. |
