Una pena el incidente con habitación porque es un lugar idílico. A real pity the incident with the room because it is an idyllic place.

The photographs of the double rooms included on the web are not the reality we came acroos when we arrive as some of the pictures included are photograph of the higher status (master bedroom).

Food was very good but was presented in loads of different containers which made it difficult to eat , I would prefer it presented on one plate (I had fish and chips in the bar) Staff in the bar seemed to be ran off their feet but it was not particularly busy, it took some time to place a order for drinks although 4 staff were behind the bar I rang down to room service to have some drinks sent up to my room about 10.00, the man at reception told me he would ring me back ( he sounded busy) but he never called me back, when I went to the bar myself 10 mins later there was no one at reception

The gym and pool were lovely and the staff were so kind and friendly.

Bed and room was too small ,food was not so good for dinner.

Just a very enjoyable stay and beautiful countryside.Food very good and staff really excellent.

The wedding facilities and preparations were great. The manager, Linda was a great help to me (best man), in MC'ing the reception, organising the guests, etc. The food and service was great.

The food service in the bar and in the restaurant was a bit mediocre. The dinner service in the restaurant was confused; the breakfast buffet wasn't great (cold buffet or a very very greasy fry). As a vegetarian, I had very limited choice for dinner: I was told the same roulade was the vegetarian option three days in a row (restaurant on Friday, wedding starter on Saturday and bar on Sunday). The listed vegetarian option on the bar menu was not available. So I ended up having stuffed mushrooms in the Bar on Sunday, which was what I was given as a main at the wedding reception on Saturday. I liked Faithlegg, but the chef needs to consider that vegetarians might like to eat more than once and actually have a choice.

I loved the peace and tranquillity of the setting, the beautiful food - breakfast was outstanding and the comfort of the bedrooms - warm and cozy. The staff were friendly and efficient.

I didn't like the mix up with my bill when checking out although it was resolved. I felt that bathroom could have been cleaner for the standard of hotel and beds were not completely remade as again one would expect at this standard. I was also surprised that there was no safe in the room.

Friendly helpful and courteous staff.Lovely location.Quiet bedrooms even though there was a wedding reception on during our stay.Had an issue with one course of the evening meal but this was efficiently dealt with to our satisfaction

we stayed in faithlegg house hotel last saturday ,it was absolutely the most charming place ever, staff were all very nice and helpful , so relaxing, will definetly go back. the food was devine and the master room brillant, lovely place with fantastic surroundings

Lovely setting and comfy hotel with log fires and good bar food,well worth staying in a master room,. beautiful big room with lovely four poster bed and hugh windows with nice views,.Great breakfast.

We had one evening meal , was o.k,.. average, but to expensive for what it was.

We ordered a bottle of red wine and it was like it came from the fridge. When I brought it to the servers notice he blamed the person stocking the wine cabinet said he probably put the bottles from the store room front. Anyway we got another bottle and it was not room temp. we just drank it as we felt it would be just the same thing to complain again. Generally our stay was pleasant. Not good to walk there when golf is on. Could you do a walk way away from the golf for those people who do not wish to have to drive to Dunmore East or elsewhere for a walk.

No hot water in morning for a shower. Not caoeliacs, had gluten free bread only, staff did not understand it at all

Our room was noisy-we could hear the wedding on the Friday night and the Christmas party on the Saturday night (and the party continued into the room next door after 5 am)

The setting and the grounds are fab. The peace and quiet. The staff and the hotel are lovely. We just loved it and will be back again.

it was just what we needed, we have a young chld and we needed a break, just the two of us and we completely relaxed in the drawing room with a bottle of wine and there was a nice atmosphere!

What a hotel , the food was first class , staff couldn't do enough for u , rooms were very comfortable , would love to stay again only for longer , it was a real treat

Generally I found it to be fine and there wasn't anything that I didn't enjoy. I would recommend it to my other family members and friends.
