The welcome we received was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant breakfast. Excellent base for exploring the area. We will certainly be back. Highly recommended.
Great B&B - our host was so accomodating, we were not feeling well so woke up late after breakfast finished, but our wonderful host offered us a full breakfast anyway & even whipped up bacon & eggs for us! Home away from home, would highly recommend.
Excellent location for pubs and restaurants in town. Good breakfast and friendly owner.
Limited parking facilities. Ensuite a bit small.
We booked Fallon's the day before our arrival as a "need some sort of place to stay" arrangement. Everyone in the group was more than pleasantly surprised by what greeted us ... big rooms ( with skylights and windows), great beds, and the best wifi internet I've ever experienced in any sort of lodging, bar none. The owner warmly welcomed us even with our late arrival and the breakfast was top notch. A real value.
Maura, the owner, treated us like family. Although at times she was very busy overseeing breakfast, she always took time to answer questions. We were wanting to find laundry facilities nearby and she made phone calls for us to other towns. There also was a grocery store nearby which was very handy.
This place was excellent 10/10. Rooms were immaculate and everything was very tasteful. Breakfast was beautiful. What a lovely lady who runs the place.
Great location, excellent breakfast, most hospitable hosts
Parking limited but it worked out adequate
Friendly welcome and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was generous and we particularly liked having a jug of juice on the table. Far too much toast for 2 people!
Parking was a bit limited, but room on the street.
The friendliness of the staff to all the guests during our stay.We were made feel very welcome and we were satisfied at the location and the cost of the room.We will definitely recommend it to our family and friends.
The off road parking was a bit poor but we managed to get parked as we arrived early enough. There was no Wi Fi available in the premises but it was not a major problem for us , but other users may find it troublesome. The on suite was a little small as I was unable to swing my Cat around , as he likes that when we take him away with us, the Dog usually gets sick when we do it to him , so we dont do it anymore. The possibility of writing 200 characters in to words is very hard to make up, If I had a complaint I would want to say it but it should not be a requirement.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable, spacious room, great breakfast and warm and friendly host and staff.
Very comfortable and spacious B&B with excellent WiFi, excellent breakfasts and friendly and obliging hosts.
The beds were comfortable. Bathroom only small. Owner accommodated us extra room at no extra cost. (4adults meant to share family room, were given 2 rooms to share).
Car parking a bit tricky but again owner very obliging.
Maura was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Good wi-fi and great breakfast.
Ease of parking, substantial breakfasts, lovely host.
Liked everything. Owner and staff are friendly and warm. Food is super. Location is on the main road, but nice walks to the marina and castle. Very clean and comfortable.
Parking is limited, but at least it is off the street.
Comfortable room. Delicious breakfast.
Insulation between rooms was not great and we could hear other guests in the bathroom
If you are looking for staying only one night at Kinvarra it is ok. PLease, bear in mind that is only a small B&B without many facilities. Very nice staff and irish breakfast!
It was a beautiful building in a gorgeous little town. Wish we could have stayed a second night. Our triple room had 3 beds instead of the double and one single, which was really nice. The owner and staff were wonderful. I recommend this place highly. Probably my favourite b & b so far on our trip!
Minimal parking but arrangements were made.
Lovely warm welcome warm friendly staff exelent breakfasts a nice clean well run guesthouse.
Nothing not to like about this place.
The staff were very helpful and I cannot fault any part of our stay
Situated on main street, close to all amenities.Room very spacious and good shower/bathroom. Breakfast good, requests happily responded to.
- location was perfect - staff was very helpful and friendly - nice breakfast
- bathroom was a bit small
Conveniently located within an hour of some incredible sights. A clean atmosphere, the owner and staff were very courteous and more than willing to share their recommendations of what is worth seeing, and a very hearty Irish breakfast to complete your stay. Make sure to get a reservation for dinner at Dunguaire Castle for an unforgettable experience! (Book in advance)
We have no complaints regarding our stay!
Moira was so very nice and helpful. Gave us a choice of a few rooms. The breakfast staff were very friendly and generous.
parking for new drivers to Irish ways can be a bit tricky...very small area to park in. Our bathroom was quite tiny but we knew that when we choose the room which itself was charming
Nice b&b staff very good
Stairs a bit tricky but not a major hassle
