We were married in the hotel 24 years ago so it was lovely to revisit and see how the hotel has developed for the better. The leisure centre is wonderful and everything was lovely. Bar prices are expensive. The treatments were beyond my budget although I would have loved to try them

The surround area For the price you'd expect a least a breakfast cooked personally for you instead of it cooked in bulk and put on a banmarie to keep warm!

Location was good. Relatively close to a lot of tourist sites, including Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, Doolin, Lahinch. Hotel could be nicer, it is quite dated and needs a make-over. The car parking is haphazard, with no delineated spaces and needs to be tarred - loose gravel finish looks cheap. Taps in bathroom (sink and bath) were loose. Staff could have taken time to welcome us to the hotel, including explaining what facilities were in the hotel, availability, opening times of thai restaurant, etc.

On first arriving at the hotel we were a bit iffy as the exterior was not great cpuld do with being freshened up... Inside though we were amazed at the differnece it was lovely to be fair.. The male receptionist attended us promptly and was very friendly. On arriving at our room 443 we were not impressed to see that there was no bath as in the pictures.. Alo the stains on the carpet were extremely off putting... We then decided to head to the bar for a drink, the staff were lovely but the general cleaning of the bar was not great i.e cobwebs around lamp shades and that... I had a spa treatment done it was amazing. the spa was like being in another world it was top notch fair play also the pool and its facilities were second to none.. dinner in the bar that night was fab and extremely good value for the good quailty that we recieved..

My wofe and I stayed for one night in the Falls Hotel, as a short Winter break. The hotel is charming, the staff are friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. We liked the connection with Dylan Thomas's wife Caitlin Mc Namara. The swimming pool (spa) is super. No complaints at all.

The Falls Hotel Spa was wonderful and relaxing. The barfood menu was good and food was very tasty. Hotel was lovely. Free WiFi in public areas. Housekeeping and Spa staff very friendly and helpful. The bar and reception staff were not very friendly - they were efficient in carrying out their duties but not friendly. Difficult to find entrance to hotel as is half way up the town.

the scenery was lovely. The hotel was conveniently located for our needs and the breakfast was good. I found the room very dated. The bed linen was awful! Especially the sheets which were poor quality and the extra blanket supplied was like a floor mat! Sorry but the decor was also very dated. (Room 705)

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Excellent service from every one. The Spa treatments, especially the massage by Ade, were excellent, that was the best massage ever. The location is stunning and lots of opportunities for walks. The pet donkeys were great fun. Keys: Having only one key between two was inconvenient and unnecessary Bed linen: The bed linen was awful. It was scanty and of very poor quality. We had to remake our bed so that the sheets were lengthways across it in order to tuck it in each side of the bed and to allow the over sheet to cover our backs. Perhaps they used single sheets on a double bed by mistake, but it was most uncomfortable. For all the effort put into the rest of the hotel facilities it was a pity this detail was overlooked. It cheapened the feel of what otherwise was a lovely experience. Please upgrade to duvets.

Well there were 3 of us in the one room and the space we had was great.very spacious and also very lean and comfortable. I found some of the staff not too friendly, having said when you asked for something there was no problem in getting.the only thing I had a real problem with was there was a queue for breakfast, but worth waiting.
