Good location and the rooms are clean, modern, comfortable and well presented. This is not a hotel but some rooms, very nice rooms, over a pub. There is no reception or other features you would expect in a hotel. If you ring them and the pub is noisy (most nights is my guess) they wont hear you and that can be frustrating if for example you want directions. There may be a lot of noise in the street outside but the sound insulation is quite good so it didn't really bother us. |

Neat, tidy and central. Room not big enough for double. Bed unstable due to rollers. Bedside lamps did not work |

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic, in the middle of the famous Temple Bar district. The rooms were very small, and it could be very noisy at night. |

I liked everything about the room. The room was clean and large and it had a huge bathroom. Yes it was noisy from the street-being in Temple Bar-but that is the beauty of the place-location-and a very nice room! |

How close it was to the centre of Dublin, and the heart of the Temple bar district. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a hotel by far. No bar fridge in the room. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain. The toilet barely flushed. There was no information about the hotel or the surrounding area present in the room. Couldn't open the roof windows (whick were the only windows in the room). No airconditioning in the room. automatic lighting to the stairwell didn't work. |

Location, location. Farringtons seemed to be the night life center of Temple Bar. Late night noise until about 3AM. |

there was not a huge amount to like about this guest house apart from the shower which was very very good Incredibly noisy. there was a nasty drunk irish man beneath our window, he was very abusive and hostile to anyone and evryone he saw. He kept f'ing and blinding!!! We think he went home at 3 am. check in is via the pub bar staff and on Friday evening when we arrived it was very busy. It is not a very welcoming place to stay. It is a suitable place to stay if you are drunk most of the time |

Well appointed modern room but would benefit from Air-con and double glazing for the summer given the lively location within Dublin's Temple Bar. No hand-soap in the ahower room/toilet or clock in the room but the shower room was well stocked with the other necessary toiletries and good hair dryer. Not applicable |

everything is excellent with this hotel from the location to the friendly staff. i recommend it 100% for sure. and what i like the most is with the low rate of this hotel and value for money is just very amazing with such comfortable, very clean, huge and fantastic room. especially the windows it gives you great view of the templer bar and the river bank. except the noise at night. even i had my earplug with me its still not helping. but what do you expect, templer bar street being quiet?? i dont think so. |

I enjoyed the actual room very much, spacious, comfortable, great bathroom, very clean. Great location too. Not being able to talk to any staff before noon, noise level at night, no alarm clock. |

Location right in Temple Bar and the price. Since it is right in Temple Bar, there was a little noise until around 0230, but it didn't bother us. If someone is sensitive to it, you may want to stay a little further out (end of the street). The rooms look newly renovated. Didn't like checking in at the crowded bar with all our luggage, but it was really inconsequential. |
