Ein schönes Hotel mit freundlichem, hilfsbereitem und aufmerksamem Personal. Der Eingangsbereich ist großzügig gestaltet; die Zimmer geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig. Der Pianospieler in der Bar: Zwar schöne Musik, aber durch Verstärker eine unterträgliche Lautstärke. Schade. |

moderne einrichtung (neues hotel), lage und beschwerdemanagement. Erklaerung: am gleichen Abend gab es eine Hochzeit mit Fest und entsprechendem Laerm. Da wir nicht informiert wurden und wir nur ausruhen wollten, waren wir sehr veraergert und Hotelleitung darueber informiert und um Abhilfe gebeten. Ergebnis: Wir bekamen eine Suite die ruhig und wirklich hervorragend war und unser Aerger verflogen Haetten uns ueber Hochzeit informieren sollen bzw. ruhigere Zimmer geben sollen - jedoch Beschwerdemanagement sehr gut. Auf jeden FALL zu EMPFEHLEN wenn man mit Ryanair von Kerry fliegt (20 Min. entfernt) |

Efficiency of reception staff The bar food could have been better. I did not finish my main course because I didn't think it was great and no-one asked me why I didn't finish it when taking the plate away. |

Bed room was very comfortable and lounge area was well lit Air conditioning was noisy and difficult to operate. Internet was outragously expensive |

I was able to park, relax and eat well. I was on a business trip and will stay again soon but would also visit with my wife on a break. I have already recommended this hotel to some friends. Lacking signposts for exit on to main road - not a big deal but I did a circuit of the hotel to leave. |

It was a nice hotel with friendly staff in a quiet but not to far from any where location. I taught the breakfast was poor compared to other hotels that I have stayed in, the food was ok but the selection was poor. Also a lack of a swimming pool. |

Nice clean hotel with good facilities and freindly staff. A good experience and I would stay there again. Water not very hot and I had French Toast at breakfast which was good but it was served with salad!!! |

Fels Point Hotel is very comfortable and spacious, with pleasant and efficient staff. The windows/doors were not double-glazed so the street noise/traffic could be heard during the night. |

The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. I booked at last minute and it was good to have a special deal / reduced rate which is always helpful. The acilities in the bedroom were excellent as was the decor. All service was good. The standard of cleanliness was excellent throughout. My only comment althought small was: I asked for a sandwich (white bread). It tasted to me as it came out of the freezer and not particularly fresh. I didnt comment at the time so it was my fault. All in all very good service and environs. Keep up the good work. |
