The hotel was very clean, comfortable and luxurious. We enjoyed fabulous meals in both the bar and the restaurant. Despite being a busy weekend we found the Hotal relaxing and the room was very quite with great air conditioning. I would definitely recommend Fels Point to a friend and hope to go back again! |

The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, staff were very attentive and helpful. We loved the walkway along the canal for walking into town and for an exercise area. It was nice to have adjacent rooms for our party of 5 (double and triple) but it would have been even nicer if the rooms were joined with an interior door. |

Convenient location for the South West and its wonderful scenic area. Good to be slightly out of town. Came for a wedding and it was exceptionally well catered for- wonderful facility Is there consideration for a ramp at the entrance- saves lifting cases up the steps? The handle came off my bath when I was getting out on Sunday night and I have a painful and badly bruised shoulder, arm and hip. I am under 9 stone - so it must have been a faulty handle, I did report it to Andrew before I left |

Good gym facilities, good food. A little soul-less, but may be location on the edge of town - a little isolated if it's raining and you don't have a car..... |

There was a wedding on that night and my room overlooked the inner courtyard where all the guests had spilled into. Very noisy with music and voices, didn't get to sleep until after 2 am - not good as I was on business. |

Efficiency of reception staff The bar food could have been better. I did not finish my main course because I didn't think it was great and no-one asked me why I didn't finish it when taking the plate away. |

I was able to park, relax and eat well. I was on a business trip and will stay again soon but would also visit with my wife on a break. I have already recommended this hotel to some friends. Lacking signposts for exit on to main road - not a big deal but I did a circuit of the hotel to leave. |
