Quite spacious room . Comfortable bed. Resonable prices.
Breakfast could have been hotter ans service a bit faster.
The staff made the hotel. They were so friendly, from reception to the restaruant to the bar - great staff and nothing was a problem.
On the day of our departure housekeeping knocks the door at 10.30am - not what you want when you have a long drive ahead
Fitness center and spa (steam room)
Everything will come back. Have been staying away in hotels for many years and found Falls excellent in every way.All staff were so nice.
Clean and comfortable
No atmosphere - soulless.....
Location is good Cleanliness Good bar and restaurant House keeping is good
Bath tub Tap in the bath tub and the shower head
The bedroom, the food, the staff were all excellent.
Poor bathroom facilities. Shower option broken on tap. Toilet didn't flush properly. Extractor fan didn't work and the room was very damp as a result...
Efficient check in. Good sized bedrooms. Bar man was very cheerful and good to advise where to go in town.
No music in the bar on a bank holiday weekend. Sink in our bathroom was blocked. Shower took a few turns to get it working. Some loose tiles/etc outside the window kept us awake at night. We asked for clean shower towel twice but they never arrived. A cup of coffee on the house would have made up for the bad points but it didn't seem to matter to the reception staff!
We had a lovely stay for one night in the Fels Hotel. The room was very plesant and very modern. We got this hotel at a great price through Booking.com
Could not fault this hotel.
The leisure facilities and the comfort of the rooms.
Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed our meal at the restaurant.
Nothing, we were happy with everything.
Friendly helpful staff, good location, we brought our 3 year old grandchild with us who loves music so a bit disappointed there was no music. Stay there every year will be back
No music on a Bank Holiday weekend
The hotel is very nice, lovely decor. The breakfast is amazing! We chose fels point as my mother had received gift vouchers for her 75th birthday last year. They were for the carlton as the hotel had changed hands. The hotel honoured the vouchers and that's why we stayed there.
Too many young children not being supervised by their parents.. Thankfully we had a lot of visiting to do.. So we didn't have to be in the hotel for too long.
Location of hotel. No noise at night so sleep was undisturbed. Spacious, comfortable bedroom. Staff very pleasant.
Excellent location and a well presented hotel, really good welcome from desk staff and the hotel was very clean and well laid out.
Good level of service A peaceful place to stay Good food, breakfast / bar
Shower in the room was poor
Booked this hotel in the late afternoon on the Day we were travelling. It was easy to do great value for one night for two people and didn't need a credit card. Very brisk and efficient.
We had no complaints at all only sorry we could not stay longer.
Lovely sized rooms very comfortable
booked and paid for breakfast for the room which was not receive and was told it was the new porters fault . No compensation given.
Close to town and other hotels Close to countryside and town Very comfortable Quiet location where room was so easy get sleep Allowed late check out
Delay with food order in afternoon
The breakfast was very poor The hot food was dried up and this was at 7.15am I Didn't have time to wait for a fresh breakfast as I had a meeting to attend
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the staff were pleasant.
There was no atmosphere whatsoever in the public areas. The bar was impersonal and we felt like we were just another number to the bar staff!! The bar food was awful except for the Fels Point Sundae which was the only saving grace. I won't be staying there again!
A beautiful hotel outside and in. Most of the staff were really helpful and nice.
The restaurant was absolutely freezing, the food was awful and I don't mean the menu the chef obviously is In the wrong job , I was in a training group and everyone on the group totally agreed at how terrible the food was , one of the ladies on the group at at lunch time received a sandwich which had mold on the cheese. The sound was cold, the list was endless , such a pity for a absolutely beautiful hotel that the catering side let it HIGHLY down .
