Efficiency of reception staff The bar food could have been better. I did not finish my main course because I didn't think it was great and no-one asked me why I didn't finish it when taking the plate away. |

Bed room was very comfortable and lounge area was well lit Air conditioning was noisy and difficult to operate. Internet was outragously expensive |

I was able to park, relax and eat well. I was on a business trip and will stay again soon but would also visit with my wife on a break. I have already recommended this hotel to some friends. Lacking signposts for exit on to main road - not a big deal but I did a circuit of the hotel to leave. |

The restaurant staff were brilliant very welcoming and really looked after you! Pity there was no swimming pool. Bar menu could of had a bit more variety. |

It was a nice hotel with friendly staff in a quiet but not to far from any where location. I taught the breakfast was poor compared to other hotels that I have stayed in, the food was ok but the selection was poor. Also a lack of a swimming pool. |

Nice clean hotel with good facilities and freindly staff. A good experience and I would stay there again. Water not very hot and I had French Toast at breakfast which was good but it was served with salad!!! |

Fels Point Hotel is very comfortable and spacious, with pleasant and efficient staff. The windows/doors were not double-glazed so the street noise/traffic could be heard during the night. |

The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. I booked at last minute and it was good to have a special deal / reduced rate which is always helpful. The acilities in the bedroom were excellent as was the decor. All service was good. The standard of cleanliness was excellent throughout. My only comment althought small was: I asked for a sandwich (white bread). It tasted to me as it came out of the freezer and not particularly fresh. I didnt comment at the time so it was my fault. All in all very good service and environs. Keep up the good work. |

Spacious room, large window/balcony, good light, beautiful mountain view, tasteful decor, helpful and friendly staff. Also comfortable bedding and great room-service menu. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and will definitely be back again. |

Rooms good, bedding fabulous, thermal suites - the headed loungers were fab Cold floor in ladies changing rooms and note there is no swimming pool there, leisure facilites yes but no pool |
