Location was excellent. Staff were really friendly and nice. Great bar & delicious breakfast.

Loved the breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful, bar very cosy, location perfect for shopping, everyone looked after us so well, we would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Clonmel, thanks Fennessys for a lovely stay we will be back for sure!!
Good location. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed.
The only nice thing I can think of is lady cooking the breakfast in the morning.
We had to go to the pub below the hotel to look for the staff in order to chek-in after waiting for them at the reception for more than 10 minuts. The room was dusty and no soap was provided. Only one pair of towel for 2 people was provided. The breakfast was poor. The hotel was really humid.
anything that you needed all you had to do was ask and it was there the staff were so obliging and helpful I would advise this place to anyone
everything was good one thing would be helpful they should have bus and train timetables its awkward finding out travel times
Location very good.cinema next door.good bar
The single room matress had a lot of milage on it and heavy indented.room could do with a freshening up..
All very nice and very accomodating
We thought the price was high compared to past visits to the area
This place is a firetrap. Soon after arriving, I followed the exit signs down the back stairway and came to a dead end at a locked gate. Had to exit through the bar of the hotel. In the morning, I had to "escape" from my room by UNSCREWING the non-operational end of the security chain because I could not release the chain. I was surprised to find that I could do this with my fingers. Not very secure. Breakfast was unappetizing and the help was unhelpful. In all, not a good experience.
breakfast was fab
bed was very very sqeauky
Staff were really helpful, breakfast was lovely and location was great.
Decor was very old, facilities also dated (e.g. TV and no wifi) and the bathroom was not completely clean.
Friendly atmosphere, great location and good rates, nice breakfast too.
Breakfast was good and the breakfast room was bright and welcoming.
Our room was very small as was the bathroom. Decor was a bit drab too.
It is a very old hotel and has no facilities. it was overpriced and not good value for money. staff were not very welcoming and did,nt offer any information about the town or surrounding areas. I would not recommend this hotel
Someone had left a jobbie in the toilet...brown blankets....small room...
Great hospitality, real quirky and great atmosphere also a really good pint and an awesome breakfast! I shall return
This hotel is a perfect centre-of-town location.
Hotel is a little dated. Parking is pay-parking accross the street, but they do not do an all-day rate there.
