Bed was comfortable, very powerful shower. Food fine. Staff very friendly and helpful It was very hard to find. But the receptionist stayed on the phone to talk me through how to get there. The bar menu was limited enough especially where sandwiches were concerned. Could not use the internet in the room it was not working |

The staff were very welcomming and kind. The food was excellent. The suite we stayed in (golf suite) needs some updating, although it was acceptable. The rooms in the hotel seemed nicer. |

We felt the hotel had a very friendly and homely atmosphere. We attended a wedding there and thought the food was excellent. The staff were also very friendly which always makes such a difference to any hotel stay. |

The room was lovely - had a marble bathroom in it. Good facilities (pool, gym etc). The grounds are gorgeous and the country house was lovely. The carpet in our room was stained, however the room was quite clean. The hotel atmosphere seemed to be designed for older guests. |

Quiet location yet convenieent to the City. The period buildings. Guest room decor. Guestroom facilities. There was nothing I didn't like. The parking out front for set down and short term should not be used by staff. Consider the use of a Courtesy Car, useful for guests travelling to/from City or local villages and an excellent means of advertising. I didn't know about the hotel until I found it on the booking website. |

This was an eccllent choice. Everything was great. I just have one suggestion. In the room the mirror is not near a socket. So there is no mirror when drying hair. |

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! My 9 year old son loved feeding their mascot the hotel peacock too. There was some confusion whenever we ate lunch or dinner there. Seemed like they were always confused when we showed up to eat, even after we called down for reservations. They were not expecting us. |
