Un accueil absolument exceptionnel ! une gentillesse à toute épreuve. Le restaurant était parfait ! nous partions tôt le lundi matin 6 h 30 et les petits déj étaient servis à partir de 8 h 30. ils ont tout bousculé et fait venir le personnel pour nous servir un vrai breakfast à 6 H. vraiment super !!!! thank you very much, really ! |

Staff were really friendly and personal. Nothing was too much trouble. All the charm of a B&B with all the advantages of a hotel. Not really. Price was good an well in line with the season. Free tea and coffee. |

peaceful hotel, very comfortable, breakfast good no bar area, no coffe and tea in room , although availble downstairs from 7am to 11pm free , it is nice to not have to get up dress to fetch drink in morning |

The food in the restaurent was amazing, Staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. The seaview was wonderful to wake up to. We sat in the window watching crazy locals surfing the peak before going to work :) |

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. My wife and I enjoyed the views from the bedroom and the lounge. The immediate area around the hotel needs some improvement but the hotel itself was very well maintained. |

Beautiful hotel, first time staying and would go back. Very quiet and relaxed with friendly staff. Like other reviews I would mention the tea making facilities, we did not see these until we left through the back door on our day of departure. Should maybe be mentioned at check in. |

Even though the staff was attentive and they helped us with what we needed, there was hair in the bathroom on the sink and the beds were extremely hard. we had a seaside view however that led to a draft coming in both windows. Due to the draft, we were forced to keep the heavy drapes closed and couldn't even enjoy what view we had. The heater did work but took a long time to heat up the room and really never truly warmed the room even overnight. We had an issue with the toilet flushing but that was fixed while we went and got dinner. Although the staff was attnetive I wouldn't recommend this hotel for couples on a romantic getaway. The town isn't much either so I would suggest not stopping in. |

The breakfast room was lovely and the breakfast was very fresh. The bar was lovely and clean but was cold. The bedrooms were also cold at times. There was not enough pillows in the bedroom. And also the batteries in the remote were not working, upon leaving them out for the cleaners they still did not put working ones in. And the use by date on one of the batteries was march 2003! |

The standard of decor and comfort throughout the hotel and the friendly atmosphere. I would like to have been able to easily see the Bistro menu for each day so that I coud decide whether to book a table or not, as our booking was only bed and breakfast. |

We experienced a very pleasant albeit brief stay in the hotel during which time the staff were pleasant and helpful,particularly in permitting us to take possession of the room early on the date of booking.Very clean and confortable accommodation as well as good food and drink. |

Nothing too much trouble - greeted well - service would have been excellent but locked in the hotel until 7.30am so missed walk in morning nothing other than being locked in which maybe a health and safety issue too - should be an issue of guest keys |
