We found staff very friendly and helpful , deluxe room a very comfortable size , we are in hotel , gorgeous meal and value for money
Loved the welcome, the gorgeous foyer, the warmth of the bedroom - the tea tray with biscuit - the leisure centre. After a swim friday night I felt like a bowl of muesli!!! and no problem a lovely lad in the Bistro obliged!! - lovely porridge for breakfast! I just love staying in Woodlands - and it's just a hop into Limerick
nothing - love Woodlands
We have always had good value and good service at the Woodlands.
I was upgraded to a luxury room, which I discovered had a Jacuzzi bath. Sadly, it didn't work. Everything else was great including the breakfast.
We attended a family wedding and had an excellent time. Mrs Fitzgerald and her team do an excellent job in making everybody feel welcome and comfortable. Very clean and spacious rooms, good food, peaceful location and had lots of entertainment. Overall brilliant
The nice we'll come and friendliness of all the staff
Wonderful family atmosphere and ambiance, decor beautiful with very comfortable furnishings, spotlessly clean throughout.Loved our stay and would definitely stay again.
The staff were more then accommodating & couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was pleasant. We would definitely be returning to the hotel!!
There is absolutely nothing to dislike
Foyer and reception area lovely , cosy and very relaxing. Staff were friendly and very helpful, particularly the bar staff. Excellent swimming pool and facilities .
Bedroom a bit dark and in need of revamping
Comfortable bed Modern bathroom.
Dated pieces of furniture in the room.
The beds a very comfortable with lovely mattress toppers and duvets on them
Our room (418) was located right beside the laundry which was extremley noisey. I had to go out of the room to ask the staff to keep the noise down as they could be heard talking in our room. Washing machines and dryers going all night and trollies up and down the corridor. Fire alarm went off twice just as the children were going asleep and my eldest found it very difficult to settle back down. The decor and bathroom need updating, some of the other rooms have been done already and the improvements need to be rolled out to the rest of the rooms ASAP.
Hotel was very good, quality service and attentive staff
Price was way to high, 139euro for a double room, feels like we were taken advantage of considering we were attending a wedding there.
Facilities were far better than were expected and we would certainly return! The heat in the bedroom was oppressive even though the radiators were off! Strange. Have to compliment the service offered to us from Ian who was so obliging, pleasant and helpful!
Our room wasn't ready (3.30pm) and we were asked to pay a storage fee for holding our luggage until the room was ready!! Madness
Really great ahmoshere in the hotel. Grounds are beautifully kept. Breakfast included in the price which had huge selection from a traditionslmirish breakfast to a section of foods for the not health conscious.
Staff very friendly

Safety light in the bedroom to highlight step down to bathroom

Spacious and Comfortable Lounge areas. Good Restaurant
Can't think of anything
Liked everything about our stay with you staff, serves, food, all in General was so relaxing and lovely x
Venue and the warm welcome
We chose to stay here because of previous experience of a lovely weekend in this hotel - unfortunately it appears to be a victim of the economic crash, the hospitality is still there but the (very dated) room had one light working, I couldn't decide if the bath was dirty or just chipped, the food was overpriced and over-cooked, and the linguistic difficulties between ourselves and the waiter was quite frustrating. There was also surprise that we mentioned that the food was not up to standard, apparently it was the first time EVER anyone dared complain. It was also very noisy with children running all over the place at midnight, I know it's their holiday too but it's also my break where I'd like to get to sleep before 03.00!
Bathroom was excellent. Only there for 1 night so didn't use any amenities.
Being told in front of waiting guests that I could'nt use my debit card to charge meals to our room. Have no other card. Have never been in a hotel that did'nt have small table, 2 chairs & a dressing table/desk. Husband disabled so had to ask for table to put his dinner on. I had to sit on the bed all evening. Disappointed!
main areas all very good liked that we could chat with friends in small groups. Staff very attentive, food was very good.
rooms could do with a revamp but they were very clean beds very comfortable, shower awkward for elderly a conventional shower with mobile head is more practicle.
food in timmy macs, revas spa, leisure centre, entertainment in bar, friendly staff all round, most comfortable beds, new decor in most of the hotel from carpets to curtains,
