very comfortable beds, very helpful staff , super breakfasts our original room had a permanent high pitched noise from swimming pool area, staff very helpful in arranging change 10pm |

The hotel is in a very nice setting The hotel didn't have our reservation. There wer no towels in the room on arrival. The toilet seat was broken |

A good choice for breakfast. The room was dark and not very inviting, basically the room and bathroom need a complete refurbishment (as did parts of the hotel). |

The dinner in the restaurant that nite was excellent On first arriving at the hotel they had not got our booking the receptionist was not very pleasant |

The surrounding area is fabulous and the resturant there had the best selesction and choice we have encountered in a long time, our room was spacious and very comfortable, we look forward to spending at least 1 if not 2 weekends a year at the Woodlands Hotel in Adare. |

Shower stopped working at 11AM. Was told at reception that it's to do with demand on hot water at that time. This was not a good response. It's 2008. Upgrade the plumbing!!!! |

The mattress was curved,and too soft for my back. although breakfast was to be served up to 10.30, we did arrive at 10.25 for breakfast,We were lucky to get the scrappings.On departure no interaction,just how would you like to pay,there was no - did you enjoy your stay?, or have a nice day,nothing |

Table light was not working, quite dirty behind the bedside table. Lights generally in a very uncomfrotable position, dirty settee, not quite cleaned up after the last guests. Outside the door there was a bloodsoaked shirt for most part of the day. |
