everything was perfect
location was great (close to pubs and signtseeing), staff was friendly, breakfast was simple but with a good variety
shower was making noises when in use, toilet did not flush properly (had to be flushed at least twice and water was splashing everywhere), WIFI connection was not working properly (connectivity was not always available in the room), room temperature could not be turned down and we had to sleep with the window cracked open (street noise all night)
location and price
noise from street staff on reception not friendly wasnt made feel welcome
Close to amenities.breakfast fry absolutely beautiful.good hot shower.had a quite room.
Great view and location would defo stay again!staff extremely friendly!
The room was freezing cold we couldn't sleep how cold it was and a manager would not change the room for me.That's do disappointing .
Nice place fantastic location. Just not that Irish love that you come to expect.
Nothing the Hotel was a run down dump.
The hotel had mold around the tub and ripped carpet on the floors . There was bugs that came from under the tub where the wood was rotten with water damage. The noise from the street traffic was almost all night . The shower did not work when I tried to put it into the hot water setting. Hard to take a cold shower in the winter. I would not stay here again regardless of location. It is better to travel from a different area than stay in a run down hotel.
We liked the location
Set road outside can be noisy until the early hours as the hotel is right in the middle of the pubs and clubs
Staff was wonderful--from check-in to check-out--and the breakfast staff as well. So friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, the windows opened for fresh air, and the breakfast was fine, with excellent coffee.
The bed mattress needs to be replaced. We could feel the actual metal coils (how old is that?) right under the sheet and had to sleep on top of the duvet (with just a blanket on top of us) or we would not have been able to sleep at all. That is our only complaint.
Well located in Temple Bar area. Continental breakfast was fine.
Room was very small with a double and single bed, not much room to get around the furniture, tired decor and bathroom in need of update. We were on the first floor and heard the noise from the bar below until 3AM.
Great location, clean and comfy room.
Due to the single glass windows all the noise from the bar next door can be heard all night.
Pub and nightclub underneath with was fab
Friendly staff great view of the Liffey and bridge good food excellent accommodation
No hairdryer in room
View from balcony, nice breakfast and friendly staff! + We got engaged on the balcony...
very central good value hotel with adequate continental breakfast
There was a problem with my booking, the hotel had no record of it but the lady on the desk was so nice and helpful and it was sorted out very easily. Room is basic enough and what would would expect of alot of city centre hotels but the bed was super, so comfortable, I didn't want to get up. Breakfast is grand, all you need really and always the option to have a full irish if you want to pay more, I found it good as alot of hotel have all or nothing when it comes to breakfast. All and all a good hotel if you just need a bed for the night, great location and I have to say I didn't once hear any noise from the street below only the traffic but that is to be expected in the city. If the hotel had a renovation double glazing would do wonders, also just a few updates needed to the rooms but mine was a good size.
Small update needed to rooms.
Staff cant do enough for you
Staff were very friendly
The noise. So loud, and music until 4 in the morning. We had been out so it was 1:30 when we went to bed, I can imagine if someone was trying to get a full nights sleep they would have been manic.
good location, friendly staff. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on food.
Over a pub and nightclub so music on until after 2am so not suited for families or those who want a quiet night. If you are going to stay out late then this won't bother you. I didn't have a problems with it and was aware of this before I made my booking.
very moisy from bar below!
Location very good have stayed here before so thought I was on a winner!
Front of house check in was very rude and unfriendly. The night porter was friendly. No hot breakfast and was offered to us if there was. Continental breakfast was basic very limited choice. Room somewhat clean dated. Bathroom mould on silicone in bath. Bath mat was at one stage cream not dark brown with dirt. TV not working. Rang reception and nothing was done.
