No hairdryer in room
View from balcony, nice breakfast and friendly staff! + We got engaged on the balcony...
very central good value hotel with adequate continental breakfast
There was a problem with my booking, the hotel had no record of it but the lady on the desk was so nice and helpful and it was sorted out very easily. Room is basic enough and what would would expect of alot of city centre hotels but the bed was super, so comfortable, I didn't want to get up. Breakfast is grand, all you need really and always the option to have a full irish if you want to pay more, I found it good as alot of hotel have all or nothing when it comes to breakfast. All and all a good hotel if you just need a bed for the night, great location and I have to say I didn't once hear any noise from the street below only the traffic but that is to be expected in the city. If the hotel had a renovation double glazing would do wonders, also just a few updates needed to the rooms but mine was a good size.
Small update needed to rooms.
Staff cant do enough for you
Staff were very friendly
The noise. So loud, and music until 4 in the morning. We had been out so it was 1:30 when we went to bed, I can imagine if someone was trying to get a full nights sleep they would have been manic.
good location, friendly staff. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on food.
Over a pub and nightclub so music on until after 2am so not suited for families or those who want a quiet night. If you are going to stay out late then this won't bother you. I didn't have a problems with it and was aware of this before I made my booking.
very moisy from bar below!
Location very good have stayed here before so thought I was on a winner!
Front of house check in was very rude and unfriendly. The night porter was friendly. No hot breakfast and was offered to us if there was. Continental breakfast was basic very limited choice. Room somewhat clean dated. Bathroom mould on silicone in bath. Bath mat was at one stage cream not dark brown with dirt. TV not working. Rang reception and nothing was done.
The staff were polite and friendly. The location was perfect.
Location was ideal and very central for socialising and shopping.
Room on third floor was freezing and not the cleanest. Filthy windows and hotel In need of modernisation. But location makes up for any issues
We went to bed at 2am but couldn't sleep til after 4 due to noise outside hotel. Perfect for a younger couple.
Wifi didnt work in room
location is great rocked in at 3.30am
very little the nightclub shut a little too early only 4am on Saturday!
Location is excellent and life bar and night club.
The only thing is too noise early in the morning with cleaning machines
Great location but it's a pitty about the rooms.
Very friendly staff-nothing too much trouble. Dave so helpful Great Location Pub and food on-site Entertainment
Noise-but we knew this anyway...
Location was excellent. Great for getting around the city as it's in a central to everything
little noisy but it is temple bar and the quays
Fitizsimons Hotel was in an excellent location. Staff were very helpful and room was comfortable.
Free breakfast with room was continental, could have had a few more choices in juices and cereals!
