The staff were very friendly before and after our arrival. The building is well situated within walking distance of the centre of Dublin, therefore it is easy to reach all the tourist attractions or shopping facilities, restaurants or nightlife. The hotel was clean but it's decor was very spartan. The bedroom carpets were poor. As there is no lift some people might have difficulty walking upstairs to their rooms. |

The staff were friendly. Great location close to the city of Dublin. The room stayed a bit warm all the time even when I had switched off the heating. I could hear most of the bathroom noises from the room above. |

The desk help went out of his way to help us find our way around. The hotel sign was too small given the street was not well marked and street numbers seem to make no sense in Dublin.. |

Pleasant staff. No lift, and we were on the top floor. Issues getting baggage up to room without causing injury. |

It was in a nice Georgian part of town, close, about 5-25 minute walk to much of what we wanted to do in Dublin. The front desk help was exceptional guiding us to dinner, day trips, laundry and busses. |

The room was large and nicely furnished. As the room was on the ground floor it was noisy (truck traffic at 4 AM) - though I was told by staff that there are much quieter rooms. |

Good staff, room was very clean, nice to have flat screen telly and walking distance to shops and bars - tourist things nearby and staff are good they were friendly and helpful which is good when one is traveling alone and if you are there's a pub called Foleys which is a good place to eat alone. |

I stayed before and they gave me a warm welcome back, I had the same room and it was freshly painted and new bed which was lovely. I choose it for its convenience and friendliness, and its great value. Its very nice and I'll go back again. |

good location, close to city centre the facilities and room were quite run-down, which is to be expected in a city hotel of this category. But the room itself was very dirty. Dust flakes were hanging from the lamps, and piling up under the radiators and furniture. Clothes falling off a chair were covered in it. This took away a lot of comfort that one expects in a hotel. Besides this coffee/ tea making facilities were provided, but with 1 tea bag per person, the hotel appeared quite cheap. |
