Preis-Leistung war bei uns recht gut, sehr umfangreiches Frühstück, kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, WLAN auf dem Zimmer Hotelbar hatte kein Flair - es lief zum Essen Fußball in voller Lautstärke, der Barkeeper war extrem unmotiviert, Zimmer war recht kühl |

Kostenloses Parken am Hotel. Ca. 2 km in die Stadtmitte, trotz Hauptverkehrsstraße ruhiges schlafen möglich. Obwohl bei booking.com mit Frühstück zum Festpreis für 80,10 € vorausgebucht war, wurde uns das Frühstück nochmals berechnet. Wir haben reklamiert, aber noch nichts gehört. Personal nicht so sehr freundlich wie im restlichen Irland. |

Die Räume waren sauber. Das Türschloss zum Bad war defekt. Zog man die Tür hinter sich zu, so konnte die Tür nur noch von außen geöffnet werden!! Obwohl es als Nichtraucherzimmer ausgewiesen war, roch es im Zimmer nach Rauch. Es war kein Papierkorb im Zimmer und und kein Abfalleimer im Bad. Unmögliche Situation. |

Ich fand es unmöglich, dass um 15 Uhr das Zimmer noch nicht fertig war.Wir bekamen für 2 Personen ein 1-Bettzimmer(1,30 m breit). Am Ankunftstag waren 6 Kommunionen.Alles war belegt(z.B.Parkplatz)Kinder haben auf den Hotelfluren Wettrennen veranstaltet. |

Wir sind 7 Stunden zu früh angekommen. Das war kein Problem. Da das Zimmer frei war durften wir es ohne Mehrkosten sofort beziehen und voll nutzen. Dadurch haben wir quasi einen zusätzlichen Tag gewonnen. Zudem hatte das Zimmer Blick aufs Meer. Der ist zwar nicht sonderlich romanisch (Häuser im Vordergrund; z.T. nicht die schönsten ;-) ) aber schön war das trotzdem. |

Both my husband and I found the stay very relaxing and restful. The location was good for the city centre as we walked in to Galway on the saturday at our leisure. The hotel itself was faultless just perfect for well earned break away. We will be looking forward to returning in the near future. |

the food in the bar was very good, we booked a double room but got a quad, the bus stop was just outside the hotel for the city,plenty of space in around the hotel. the staff was friendly in the bar and in the dining room and over all. there was always a smell of ciggarette smoke outside our bedroom door which was a non-smoking area this needs attentions as quickly as possible also we could get it in the bedroom. the tv could be a big bigger. |

The room was excellent, so was the breakfast. I was a bit dissapointed with the bar, it had no atmosphere and a match was on the tv, not my idea of a pleasent night out. |

Hotel was quite comfortable staff were friendly and helpful it was really good value location was ok and convenient car parking.We felt quite at ease in this hotel and were satisfied with the food and service,we would stay in this hotel again if we were visiting Galway again. |
