The staff members were just excellent. I had to arrive quite late and when I arrived the staff just handed me my room key and referred to me by name without prompting, so there were no delays whatsoever. The rooms are excellent also. A very nice travel experience. I don't believe the hotel advertises itself as well as it could. It is a fabulous hotel. The rooms are similar to those in a 4* or city 5* hotel. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice. I booked the hotel due to its location in relation to my business meeting but will stay here again on future personal trips. |

I liked the reception staff they were very helpful, breakfast was ok service wise and room was very comfortable and warm, i was on the 4th floor with wifi but did not know it was available till i arrived had i known i would have taken my lap top |

We arrived early and there was no problem getting checked in early, our room was ready. I asked for an iron and the housekeeper was at the door with iorn and iorning board before we got up to our room on 4th floor. Even though we were there on Valentines weekend which is a busy time in hotels, there was no delays at breakfast or for any other services. I would definately recommend The Best Western Hotel. |

The hotel and staff were excellent in gerenal. Inthe room , there was no hot water from the taps in the bathroom. Other than this the hotel was excellant. |

Very friendly helpful staff. The room was very clean, and the room rate was very good. Good free car parking facilities. Also, not a noisy hotel - room was nice and quiet. Could replace blankets with duvets. |

The stanard of room was higher than expected and very well presented. The staff were genuinely nice and helpful without being fussy (which was good). Breakfast was varied and very good value. Despite being outside the centre, it is easy to get into the city centre. I didn't like the bar at night time. I thought it lack athmosphere, even as a hotel bar. It was the only downside to the hotel. |

Thought the hotel was in a very good location, very comfortable rooms, excellent staff and food was superb The only problem that I had was during my stay was no hot water in the shower, it was blamed on the fact that it was new years eve and everyone was trying to have a shower and get ready, however this was the same the following 2 mornings. Just think when they have to cater for such large guests, should have a back up?? |

Relative closeness to City Centre but not far from roads to Dublin Mayo & North West. Helpfulness of Reception staff. Hotel was excellent value particularly in comparison with "Galway Bay" located hotels. Suspect is fully booked because great location for visiting the "Races". |
