the hotel is central for touring around we just thought the room as well as the corridor was too warm .we switched both radiators off as soon as we arrived ,but the corridor one stayed on even while it was about 25degrees outside.quite stifling |

Location of hotel being close to the city. Ease of offstreet parking. I found that the cost of breakfast at 12 Euro 50 cent was a little too dear when added to the cost of a basic room. |

the price was pretty cheap they tried to fob us off with a smoking room instead of a non smoking room by pretending it was a non smoking but the thing was it smelt like an ash tray. Complained and got better room |

The staff at reception were extemely pleasant and friendly. The decor in the rooms was modern and well designed. There was quite alot of noise at the night and the sound proofing was very poor. The hotel did appear to be full of men possibly on stag weekends, this would put me off staying there in future despite the good service and nice room. |

the food was good and the staff very helpful and friendly... Although I was in a smoking room I found it very compact and the decor could do with a new lick of paint. No room service after 12. couldnt even get a sandwich was told I could order pizza in. Surely someone could make a ham sandwich. This should be advertised as we were not aware of it till after midnight. |

Room was adequate with a large, very comfortable, double bed. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room we had was on the ground floor and was quiet at night. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was excellent. The bathroom was rather small and the lighting in the bathroom was poor. |

Relaxing / really enjoyed the back chair / breakfast excellent and very good value. Room decor and paisley bed covers are so outdated and so 1980s - almost depressing really. Would really really recommend you to modernise same - a nice fresh neutral colour and bed covers with a splash of colour with cushions would not cost the earth / would make the room feel bigger and much more cosier. Also TV reception really poor. Also the hotel corridor to the rooms dreary. |

Upgraded rooms fully and recently refurbished second floor was our stay for 4 rooms...International restaurant staff enlarges the nice welcome for a recommended irish breakfast ! If you are unlucky when tour buses enjoy your rooms and early breakfast to there are so many things to enjoy around Galway |

Convenient location with good parking yet only a short cheap bus ride to the city centre. The hotel is comfortable with good facilities. Free wireless internet service everywhere in the building. A well run good hotel at a good price. i would happily go back and recommend it to others. |

The bedroom was modern and comfortable. Its on a good bus route. The lobby decor looked a little tired compared to the bedroom which was lovely and modern. |
