Both my husband and I found the stay very relaxing and restful. The location was good for the city centre as we walked in to Galway on the saturday at our leisure. The hotel itself was faultless just perfect for well earned break away. We will be looking forward to returning in the near future. |

the food in the bar was very good, we booked a double room but got a quad, the bus stop was just outside the hotel for the city, plenty of space in around the hotel. the staff was friendly in the bar and in the dining room and over all. there was always a smell of ciggarette smoke outside our bedroom door which was a non-smoking area this needs attentions as quickly as possible also we could get it in the bedroom. the tv could be a big bigger. |

It was too noisy during the second night. An additional door within the room would calm the noises comming from the hall caused y drunken guests. |

The room was excellent, so was the breakfast. I was a bit dissapointed with the bar, it had no atmosphere and a match was on the tv, not my idea of a pleasent night out. |

Having stayed at the hotel 2 years ago, we were expecting to have a queen size bed, sadly this was not the case, perhaps you could put an option for this on your booking form, as we thought the queen size beds were standard throughout the hotel. |

Excellent value for money, very friendly staff who were great with children, great breakfast, we also got a single bed in the double room we booked which we didn't expect - great for our 2 year old who we thought would have to sleep in with us. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room and bathroom were of a good size with plenty of room to move around. The bedroom and bathroom could do with re-decoration but at the price we paid I'm sure they could not afford this! |

I found the staff friendly, the rooms comfortable and the services excellent. The only down side was the view from our room window. We looked out onto a grubby back wall.We were on the ground floor to the back of the hotel, but that was the only fault. |
