Helpful staff, easy for parking, and bus stop right across the street to take you downtown. It was a little pricey for me but it was tourist season.

the night food in the bar was brilliant as nice as ive tasted and staff were friendly especially alan the waiter couldn't have done enough for us. as I work in a hotel myself im very fussy so the breakfast wasn't great at all and I went down to use a vending machine one night and the two of them were broken also found it like some nice little touches like bottles of water in the room and biscuts for tea.also the room doors were very loud and woke us up a good few times.all small enough things really but its the little things that make a big difference.

Size of rooms superb. Bath a bonus. Used bar restaurant. Good value. Staff used words 'welcome.' Nice touch and not that common. TV iffy....too few channel...even a few more regional radio channels would be a big bonus.

staff, food, cost, good bar which was fairly lively on the Friday night nothing really, I would say that the location is a little further out from the centre than I had thought (it's not really in walking distance), but that's my fault not the hotels.

Breakfast was good Had to pay €50 deposit per person because we where a group, total €400. When I asked for an email confirmation upon checkout that my deposit would be refunded in full as there was no problems the receptionist was quite rude and wouldn't provide.

Excellent customer relations and very helpful staff, good food staff always attentive but never in your way. Although rooms were clean I was surprised that such toiletries such as soap (which although only used a few times) was removed daily but never replaced; likewise with the shampoo and bath cream.

The size of the bed in the King Superior Suite On booking.com and on the actual website of the hotel it said that the King Superior Suite had a flat screen tv. On arrival there was a small 15 inch portable tv in our room. Also the bath was very small. Despite this, we are likely to return again. Excellent value for money.

Staff deserve a special mention - caring, kind and nothing was a problem, room size, food & plenty of parking. Music in the bar. My staff rating would have been excellent if it had not been for one guy in the breakfast room who was the polar opposite to every other staff member we met in the hotel but front desk resolved the issue immediately so all ended ok.

bedroom was nice and airy and bed very comfortable . also all staff were very helpful . no complaints really. our room had no view as it was at back of hotel and overlooked a wall . But as it was only a short visit it did not matter too much.
