We have stayed here before and we find the standards very consistent each time. we had room service which was not expensive, the menu was varied and the chef accomodating in providing something not on the menu.

This was our first time staying in Flannery's Hotel. It was good value for two nights but we were not impressed with the decor or cleanliness of the en-suite. The room was comfortable but again the decor and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Very happy that Wifi was available in the room. Breakfast was served until 12 noon which was great for a lie -in. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was great and the staff were super friendly. There was a lounge with internet acess close to our room so we were able to put the kids to bed and have some time to ourselves, with th baby monitor of course.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. There was an unusual smell on the corridors. Under no circumstances eat in the restaurant. The food was very expensive and of a very low standard.

We were very happy with our room, the bed was massive! The food was lovely too, especially breakfast. The only thing I would change is that the reception desk looked wuite dated, however this did not affect my stay.

Accessible location and plenty of car parking. Arrival of a large tour group coinciding with our overnight stay put pressure on hotel facilities and restaurant. Staff coped reasonably well however. A glitch with the fire alarm causing us to be woken at 5am was unfotunate!

Myself and my husband spent a well earned weekend break in Flannery's Hotel. We loved our stay there. The staff were so friendly and professional. The room was lovely. We ate both nights in the restaurant and had a fabulous meal. We were only a 10min bus ride to the city. Over all no complaints. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable hotel at great value currently - friendly, helpful, knowledgable, staff. Busy bar, lunch time carvery, bar food - frequented by locals as well as visitors. Very well appointed, modern decor. High quality fittings in bedroom - flat screen tv, very good quality bed linen. Information book in the room containing just about anything a visitor would want to know. (The best one I ever encountered!!!) Free room safe, tea making facilities, free wifi connections - with plain instructions how to connect up!!! Plenty of car parking space on the grounds and regular buses into the centre of town from outside the door Have nothing negative to say except trying to fill the bath defeated me and I kept getting doused from the overhead shower while trying to find the right knob to turn!! (But I find this problems in most hotels) Maybe it would be a good idea to add those instructions to the wonderful information booklet.

I was pleasantly surprised, as I booked the hotel because of the price, which was excellent on Bookings.com and its location close to where I was doing business. I booked a single room and got a super large room complete with comfortable king size bed. The food is great in the hotel. And the icing on the cake was that there was free wi-fi, not only in the foyer and other usual places but even in the bedrooms. Definitely top class with great staff, friendly and efficient. My type of hotel.

Flannery's hotel did not appeal to me. I found the hotel to be very noisy at night and there was no room service offered. I had call the reception on a number of occassions for towels.
