Huone oli siisti ja todella mukava. Sänky ja kylpyamme, sekä tee- ja kahvittelumahdollisuudet huoneessa olivat melko luksusta. Baarin henkilökunta oli aivan loistava! Siivous hoidettiin todella mallikkaasti. Hintakin oli edullinen. Etäisyys Galwayn keskustaan oli melko pitkä, mutta busseja kulki hotellin edestä usein ja bussilipun hinta oli vain 1,60€. |

Ihan ok hotelli muuten, mutta hotellilta kaupunkiin oli liian pitkä matka eikä hotellin ympäristö ollut kovin viihtyisä |

Its so handy for the hospital across the road. It was perfect especially when when I had an early morning appointment. Great value for money. I'll definately recommend this hotel. |

The room is very spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the price is very good. The distance from the city centre; it is possible to walk... but it is a few Kms. There is a bus stop in front of the Hotel, but the bus does not seem to be to regular. It is also a very short drive to town, but then parking in Galway can be a problem. |

It was in a good location, it had availability even though we booked quite late. The service was quick We asked for a non smoking room, but as soon as we entered the room there was a stink of smoke. It was in the bed sheets, the curtains, everywhere. It was awful. |

the hotel was clean and the room was spacious,the bar was very relaxing, it was only a 10 min walk from the centre. I would stay here again. everything was good |

Friendly helpful staff. Room was of a reasonable size and comfortable. Wireless internet a bit weak but useable. View out of room was of a wall. Bathroom a bit dated. |

The stafff were extremely friendly and courteous.Nothing was too much trouble for them and everyone always had a smile for you.I would definately recommend anyone travelling to Galway to use the hotel as its well within easy travelling distance to the city. |

Both my husband and I found the stay very relaxing and restful. The location was good for the city centre as we walked in to Galway on the saturday at our leisure. The hotel itself was faultless just perfect for well earned break away. We will be looking forward to returning in the near future. |

the food in the bar was very good, we booked a double room but got a quad, the bus stop was just outside the hotel for the city,plenty of space in around the hotel. the staff was friendly in the bar and in the dining room and over all. there was always a smell of ciggarette smoke outside our bedroom door which was a non-smoking area this needs attentions as quickly as possible also we could get it in the bedroom. the tv could be a big bigger. |

hotel was well situated, minutes by bus from Galway City center. It was clean with very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Overall a very good value budget hotel. |

It was too noisy during the second night. An additional door within the room would calm the noises comming from the hall caused y drunken guests. |

The room was excellent, so was the breakfast. I was a bit dissapointed with the bar, it had no atmosphere and a match was on the tv, not my idea of a pleasent night out. |
