The food was excellent, staff very attentive friendly and helpful

There was no hot water at about 11 on sunday morning which was probably due to demand.

Well lit car park, (felt very safe returning late) Staff on reception duty morning/evening were very attentive to our requests. Waiters served dinner/wine/dessert/coffee with great professionalism, very pleasant, they are a great asset to any hotel. No need to look up other hotels for further visits to Galway city. Food was excellent.
