ottima la prima colazione sia la "full irish" che la continentale. Camere non nuovissime ma silenziose e discretamente arredate Il bagno è piccolo e poco funzionale |

La pulizia della camera,la sua ampiezza e luminosità. L'hotel è molto conosciuto in città per cui è facilmente raggiungibile. la colazione non era molto abbondante dato il costo |

La pulizia e l'ordine della stanza, e dell'hotel in generale. La distanza, eccessiva rispetto al centro città e non servito da adeguati mezzi di trasporto pubblici. Il personale, non troppo cordiale per gli standard dell'Irlanda. |

The room is very spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the price is very good. The distance from the city centre; it is possible to walk... but it is a few Kms. There is a bus stop in front of the Hotel, but the bus does not seem to be to regular. It is also a very short drive to town, but then parking in Galway can be a problem. |

the hotel was clean and the room was spacious,the bar was very relaxing, it was only a 10 min walk from the centre. I would stay here again. everything was good |

Friendly helpful staff. Room was of a reasonable size and comfortable. Wireless internet a bit weak but useable. View out of room was of a wall. Bathroom a bit dated. |

The stafff were extremely friendly and courteous.Nothing was too much trouble for them and everyone always had a smile for you.I would definately recommend anyone travelling to Galway to use the hotel as its well within easy travelling distance to the city. |

Both my husband and I found the stay very relaxing and restful. The location was good for the city centre as we walked in to Galway on the saturday at our leisure. The hotel itself was faultless just perfect for well earned break away. We will be looking forward to returning in the near future. |

the food in the bar was very good, we booked a double room but got a quad, the bus stop was just outside the hotel for the city,plenty of space in around the hotel. the staff was friendly in the bar and in the dining room and over all. there was always a smell of ciggarette smoke outside our bedroom door which was a non-smoking area this needs attentions as quickly as possible also we could get it in the bedroom. the tv could be a big bigger. |

hotel was well situated, minutes by bus from Galway City center. It was clean with very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Overall a very good value budget hotel. |
