Best Western Flannery's Hotel

Its so handy for the hospital across the road. It was perfect especially when when I had an early morning appointment. Great value for money. I'll definately recommend this hotel.

The room is very spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the price is very good.

The distance from the city centre; it is possible to walk... but it is a few Kms. There is a bus stop in front of the Hotel, but the bus does not seem to be to regular. It is also a very short drive to town, but then parking in Galway can be a problem.

It was in a good location, it had availability even though we booked quite late. The service was quick

We asked for a non smoking room, but as soon as we entered the room there was a stink of smoke. It was in the bed sheets, the curtains, everywhere. It was awful.

Friendly helpful staff. Room was of a reasonable size and comfortable. Wireless internet a bit weak but useable.

View out of room was of a wall. Bathroom a bit dated.

Quiet and relaxing city break

location was great. public service transport from just outside the hotel every fifteen mins to city centre.

Both my husband and I found the stay very relaxing and restful. The location was good for the city centre as we walked in to Galway on the saturday at our leisure. The hotel itself was faultless just perfect for well earned break away. We will be looking forward to returning in the near future.

the food in the bar was very good, we booked a double room but got a quad, the bus stop was just outside the hotel for the city,plenty of space in around the hotel. the staff was friendly in the bar and in the dining room and over all.

there was always a smell of ciggarette smoke outside our bedroom door which was a non-smoking area this needs attentions as quickly as possible also we could get it in the bedroom. the tv could be a big bigger.

hotel was well situated, minutes by bus from Galway City center. It was clean with very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Overall a very good value budget hotel.

stayed here on numerous times due to price of the room. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable

Hotel was easy to find.Staff very pleasant..Money for value.Breakfast was good.Bar menu was excellent.Rooms and hotel was a little old fashioned but still rooms were spacious, clean and tidy.
