Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Food in bar was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

very comfortable house we didn't want 2 go with d comfort of d place! rooms very nice plenty of space 4 six of us great place 2 relax or catch up with old friends no major rush on u leaving early on Sunday

We loved the food, location, and friendliness of the staff. This is a very welcoming hotel.

We were in a family room located directly over the bar! My husband didn't get sleep - the kids and I did.

The Guesthouse was very central, convenient and very comfortable.

Bed was very firm Late night revellers very noisy, last shouting match @ 6.30 am but that can be expected I suppose as Foleys is in the main street with hotels on both sides.

Excellent location, very good evening menu and music in the bar. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Noise +++,emptying botle banks at 0630, unloading beer kegs at 07oo, noise outside my room at 0200 am (people chatting). Cold scrambled egg served on one of the mornings for breakfast.

Excelant accomadation, well managed , all staff were fantastick , food great , just a great place to have a good time. Noel.

It was friendly,well organised,clean and comfortable. In fact everything we wanted for a lovely holiday. Perfect.

The music. To much American country and western not enough Irish

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was beautifully decorated and modern and clean and the location was perfect!

We loved staying here. The location is unbeatable, the live pub music was a bit loud in the room but we loved every minute of it! (We of course joined in the pub after a while-delightful) The breakfast was fabulous and everyone rolled out their Irish hospitality. The thing that was comparable to other b & B's now that we've stayed at a few in Ireland, the bed was the best we slept in. It was big, sturdy and had plenty of pillows- really nice quality. (Some others have been flat, uninviting and crummy pillows). I would come back to Foley's in a heartbeat.

The room was lovely, the service warm relaxing and friendly, the location was perfect in a very central location close to little shops and cafe's, but also in view of the scenery surrounding the town, But best of all was the Beef and Guinness Pie in Foley's Pub.

The room was lovely but it was a bit loud in the mornings with kegs being banged off trucks and this was in the off season . The host was not there so the apprentice was a a young polish fella who made me uncomfortable. He was partial to my 24 year old daughter . There was none of the Irish charm One expects in a guest house from Ireland. It took away from my pleasure in the stay.

A localização é excelente mesmo na rua principal da calma cidade de Kenmare. O hotel tem um bar no r/c que termina a musica precisamente à meia noite mas mal se ouve no quarto. Bom restaurante com pratos típicos e tb pizzas (para os mais novos)

friendly check in room was clean and well equipped view of this room was of flat roof with the guesthouse laundry drying - was ok for one night stay bed was comfortable not particularly spacious room but again ok for one or two nights at that price so good budget choice v good location in town back of building quiet

according to guest info book - breakfast only available between 8.30 and 9.30am which we found a bit unreasonable. wifi password in the guest info book didn't work didn't like synthetic quilt on bed. it annoys me when hotels/guesthouses put shower controls on far wall so you cant turn on without wetting yourself or the floor before stepping in.

It was one of the nicer establishments in the town, with excellent service and could not fault the location. Best value for money I could find in almost all of Ireland for the particular weekend I stayed.

My only criticism is that our room was located next to a fire exit, a closet and seemingly under a washroom. The fire exit was left ajar late both nights and the constant banging from that actually shook our room. The closet and washing machine were in use first thing in the morning, which woke me early both mornings, however I understand that space is limited and I am a particularly light sleeper and these things did not hamper my experience of an otherwise great stay.

Beliggenheden

Staying at an Irish Pub was a fantastic experience our family enjoyed. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Kenmare is a beautiful small town where the people were very friendly.

Great location. Nice room.

Great music at night. We were in a room above it. Fortunately we were tired & it didn't keep us awake. Better to have stayed to the end!

Staff were very quick to try and address my complaints.

Too many complaints: First room stank of cigarette smoke. Second room had piles of broken glass at door and splinters in room. Entire establishment needs industrial strength cleaning team: everything filthy. (Cigarette butt on floor by lift still there on day 2, etc.) This is a hostel for serious young drinkers, not a hotel.
