Central placering ellers ikke ret meget positivt. Tiden er ved at løbe fra hotellet. De tykke velourstøvsamlende gardiner og tæpper burde skiftes, og de triste mørke værelser nedlægges. Vi ville også gerne have haft en lampe på bordet i den mørke krog, og det ville også være dejligt få gjort rent, og ikke finde sure sokker under sengen. |

The girl in reception was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was better value than a travelodge or jury's. Good breakfast. Cool also that you dont have to leave until midday - can have breakfast and then relax |

The staff. They were were excellent. And the free, after 11am breakfast. The noise from an ajoining room was horrific because of the door between us. There was a damp smell everywhere. The decor is dated. Noise from my second room (after I asked to be moved) at 4am. Neighbours had a party that I didn't want an invite to and didn't appreciate. |

No responce to the complaint was made still waiting on a call from the manager.Had to refuse to pay for the night we got no sleep.As it was partly the hotel's fault as they served the person champagne all night in their room.It was all handled very badly. |

I liked the staff and the tea that was in only one of our two rooms. The only thing was that the two rooms I booked were on different floors. One was a single and the other was a double. I did not know they would not be together. |

All amenties and service was first class and location was excellent to train station and city center. double bed was small for 2 people, and the decor was a bit outdated and needs freshening up |
