Very comfortable, recently refurbished rooms. Friendly staff and excellent service. Dinner and breakfast both excellent. Piped music to all corridors could be heard in the rooms. |

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was close walk to everything but even better it was close to our sons collage accommodation and he was the reason we came for the night. The only one thing I could be picky about was the fact that you had no blind/light curtain on the window, when the curtains were open you had no privacy in the room as you were over looked by other buildings, we also found the room very hot as the sun was shining in and we had no filter blind. |

The hotel was quiet; the rooms comfortable. The bath room a good size and a good bar Rooms a bit small but not unusual for a city centre hotel |

Location, quality, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable room. Breakfast room too small and crowded, though staff friendliness, efficiency made up for a lot. |

Welcoming and very helpful staff. B'fast open until 12!! Rooms are newly refurbished with tasteful finishings. Fantastic location. Not a lot, I have to say.. Slight noise from the main road but nothing that should interrupt your sleep. |

The staff was wonderful! We were given a street side room and when we asked to be moved to a quieter room, they were so nice and happy to accomodate us. Also, breakfast was very good. |

Close distance to Eyre shopping and pubs. Nice staff. Good breakfast. There wasn't any A/C. I suppose it's usually not a problem and it was just a fluke that it was so warm during our stay. Also, the parking situation needs to be communicated better. When booking online, it says parking is not available. What you should say is that there is a nearby parking garage (and give directions to it) where you can get 50% off the normal rates. |

The staff were fabulous, everyone wanted to help us in any way, and were friendly pleasant people. Our windows could have had a blind or net curtain. We only had the side curtains to pull, so that during the day you felt very exposed to the outside which got a good view in. Also the wardrobe could have done with a door and some shelves for clothes. |

it was clean The bed was too short - I spent the night with my feet hanging out and the bed covers didn't fully cover the bed. I felt like I was short sheeted. It was difficult to navigate around the hotel after a late flight and when I questioned the receptionist she gave me attitude - the place is like a rabbit warren, difficult to find rooms if you aren't near the first stair well. |

The hotel was conveniently located near everything! The tours were easily accessible and the staff was very helpful. Also enjoyed the breakfasts, which are included. There was no hot water the first day. |

The girl in reception was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was better value than a travelodge or jury's. Good breakfast. Cool also that you dont have to leave until midday - can have breakfast and then relax |
