Excellent location - beside Bus Station & Train Station and in the centre of the city. Value for money isn't great - especially when you add car parking charges at €10 per 24 hours/night plus any "in and out" parking. It's a bit dark and tired.

The staff are so helpful and friendly. Food is great (all day breakfast for late risers!) and the location is very central. It's all been revamped so very modern, clean and very comfortable. Hotel of choice everytime I stay in Galway. Can't say enough good things. Would highly recommend.

i met up with my friend for a catch up day in galway , the hotel had alovely homely feel about it which i loved . its ideal location and very helpfull staff right from the start . i took the bus to galway arrived at hotel around 11am hoping to leave bag there until later but the lady at reception very kindly checked me into the room . was charmed at that .i would most dfinately stay there again with my huband for weekend at 65euro for 2 b&b how could you not . i hate complaining but the heat in the room was crazy , my bed was beside radiator ,far side from window . our room was at the front of hotel so by opening the window meant noise . it also meant my friend got the cold air in on her . i hate stuffy rooms.

We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in easy walking distance from the main tourist/shopping area and close to pubs and restaurants for those who do not want to eat in. Galway was a high-light of our Irish trip!

The room and bathroom were presented quite well, and the breakfast was very satisfactory. Staff at the front desk were a little slow to greet or welcome us on arrival which was strange.

It was very convenient to the centre of the city. It was clean and the staff were very friendly, particulary John in the bar. Nice manner and very friendly.

Location to city centre and bus station and all breakfast which was very good No leisure facilities and had to pay ten euro a day to park in local car park even though it was subsidized

The hotel was in a great location. The rooms were very clean and staff excellant. We also ate in the Bar and Restaurant and the food was really nice.

I thought the staff was extremely helpful with directions and information about Galway. They were very courteous and friendly, especially the hostess upon arrival. We arrived early in the morning and they had rooms available right away, which was a very nice surprise. When leaving they gave us a parting gift of warm homemade bread and cookies for a trip. I would definitely stay there again. The room was very nice and the baths were good size and very clean, with nice tub/showers. We only ate breakfast there which was included in the nightly rate. The staff in the dining room was attentive and the food was good and plentiful. It was right on a busy street, but we knew that going in, it was very close to the bus station which worked out well toting our bags, only a 5 min walk away.

location, competitive rates, general cleanliness of the property, the blond girl that worked on reception monday evening 23rd and the early on tuesday excelled when it came to customer care,very pleasant and makes one feel very welcome.

On entering the hotel the reception staff set the tone for the whole weekend. Polite, friendly, and courteous. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Food very nice. Location excellent. Good value for money. Will stay again.

The staff were very friendly. They helped us book a day trip to The Cliffs of Moher. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the breakfasts. Only a short walk to the shops and pubs. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The only negative comment I could give would be that the room was a bit too warm at times but other than that everything was perfect.

I booked in as it was 15 euro cheaper than its nearest rival. What I hadnt anticipated was that for myself and my girlfriend to stay there we both had to park our cars in the public car park, at a total extra cost of €20. The next morning I had to wait 30 minutes for 3 slices of toast, and the restaurant wasn't entirely busy. Front door had broken glass. Had to knock on front door to be let in.
