“ The staff are so helpful and friendly. Food is great (all day breakfast for late risers!) and the location is very central. It's all been revamped so very modern, clean and very comfortable. Hotel of choice everytime I stay in Galway. Can't say enough good things. Would highly recommend. ”

Close to Coach Bus Terminal, and Eyre Square, City Center in Galway, Staff in the know, and friendly. Great breakfast included, Luggage storage allowed 3 PM check-in - would be better with 2 pm

The room had been newly renovated. Nice flat screen on the wall. No hair dryer. Room very hot and difficult to cool. Peculiar odor in room. Small but adequate room. A bit over priced for the stay. Really bad odor coming from bar/restaurant, so avoided going in.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room although small was very comfortable and clean and cosy. yummy breakfast too! The foyer and lift etc were a bit old and tired and in need of a revamp so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw my room which was not reflected in the rest of the hotel. Also, the walkway throught othe breakfast area had a strong bathroom cleaner smell as the bathrooms are off that corridor, that was offputting but the breakfast experience was good.

The stuff were very nice. You have to pay around 50% of the parking, that wasn't advertised in any places, beside there were others parking around that only costs 6€/day. Finally the Wifi access had really poor quality, continuous disconnections, so I have to use my mobile connection all the time.

I liked the friendly staff, good attitudes, the all day breki is a fab idea, not everyone wants to get up early, and the location of the hotel to local amenities.. theres nothing that i did not like except the flies buzzing around the fruit that was layed out for breki, bit off putting, other than that it was very good indeed...

Staff were great. 1 min walk from Eyer square and main shopping area Soundproofing in the rooms between each other wasn't good esp for the bathrooms. I don't want to hear someone go for a pee in the morning. Couldn't hear them on general in the room. Evening meal ended serving early about 9pm. No in hotel parking lot. No leisure facilities.

Very clean hotel, staff friendly and helpful.late breakfast great, with newspaper to read. Good location . Car parking still expensive , we stayed for four days so hanging space provided for clothes was far too small .

The staff was very courteous and responsive to our needs. The location is right in the city center. Parking facility adjacent to the hotel with discounted charges is very convenient. Flexibility in breakfast timings was highly appreciated. Room heating was good. We got a room which had a wheel chair person or geriatric person suitable bathroom with low level sink. The hotel wifi had low strength and a stronger wifi is needed in the rooms.

Hotel in great location. Staff were fantastic. We were in Galway to attend a wedding. We phoned hotel to enquire if there were hairdressers nearby, receptionist by the name of Ewa then phoned several on our behalf which was so helpful and more than i would have expected, We will definetly be staying here again

The late breakfast, the central location.The very friendly restaurant staff serving at breakfast on the weekend. The photos on the website did not resemble what our room was like. The serving staff during the week were a little rude and 'too busy' to provide the service that we received from the weekend restaurant staff.
