Four Seasons Hotel Dublin  

Staff were excellent especially Tony at reception when we checked in

I was impressed with the staff and service received.

1. The hotel staff are friendly & cooperative, everywhere.. 2. The hotel has a spa & a swimming pool, I did not try them though.. 3. The hotel is located in a quiet & a clean area 10 mins south of Dublin by car.. 4. The hotel provides a free drop off service to the city center via a BMW 7 series Tues-Sat. Though u would have to book it early. 5. The hotel provides a EUR 20.- paid drop off within city limits using a BMW 5 series. It would cost EUR 50.- outside city limits (and from/to airport). 6. A 5min walk will get you to the Sandymount DART, Dublin Area Rapid Transport, station (an above ground metro system) which is highly recommended, as it will get you almost everywhere in Dublin. 7. In room facilities include a DVD player..

1. The Seasons restaurant needs to have a bigger menu. 2. There is only 1 elevator lobby, keep that in mind if you are not a fan of walking.. 3. Wifi internet needs to be free, or at least at a reasonable price. EUR 22.- / day is too much. You can get a sim card from a provider called '3' with unlimited data for a month at EUR 20.-

When staying at a 5 star hotel one does not expect to be nickeld and dimed for internet access. I was amazed to find that I was expected to pay 25 euro/30 dollars for wifi. This practice was the norm in the 90's as hotel rooms had to be hard wired, but this is the 21st century and we all know what internet service costs therefore I was horrified at the rate they attempted to extort from me.

Top class staff and facilities, one of the best hotels i have stayed at.

I donot like their cleaning and room service.It is not agood place to visit rather to stay. I donot recommend this hotel to anybody.I Donot know how come this hotel is a 5star hotel.It is a low profile hotel.

Dinner in the restaurant was excellent.

Shower was too low. Would have liked to know about the Ice Bar. A friend told us about it the next day, would have liked to go to it.

It was the most luxurious and comfortable hotel room I have ever stayed in. The standard of the room was most excellent. So many hotel rooms look like they have had better days.. Not at The Four Seasons! The furnishings and decor were immaculate as if everything was brand new, the bathroom was beautiful, attention had been paid to the smallest of details. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly.

No free wifi for clients... embarassing really?!?!

The Hotel is excellent , and everythink runs well . I would like to enphasize the confort of the rooms and the staff , so friendly . Just the breakfast is not grade 10 , probably 8 .

The location was good and the price for the level of comfort was excellent. It's not the best hotel at which I've ever stayed but it is very good.

The receptionist wasn't very pleasant and he couldn't find the reservation. I found the computer print-out, after much searching, and put the fears to rest of not getting a room. There were supposed to be two beds in the room on request but, again he said, it was not on the reservation, which it actually was. The confusion about these matters was only brief but still unwelcome.

The staff really caters to our whole family by including our 3 year old in every thing. They even set up a small pallet for her stuffed animal. Our room was outstanding as well. The junior suite was perfect for the 3 of us. The half bath in the living area was a big plus.

No, everyone was very helpful and the accomodations were outstanding.

The service always sets this hotel apart. I have returned with family and with a friend and I am always greeted and treated in a personal manner. We have always had a wonderful stay and the hotel itself is lovely. However it is the personalised service that keeps us coming back.

Only one minor suggestion. I stayed in a basic deluxe room this time but did still expect to be able to have complimentary nespresso coffee - there was one in the family room i stayed in on the previous stay (albeit a suite). The Westbury Hotel provides a nespresso machine in their most basic rooms.

Loved the comfort of the room. Loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Quiet and peaceful.

Dust on lower unused shelves in room when we arrived. Restaurant was very dissapointing compared to last time we stayed at this hotel. One more senior waiter in bar area was very condescending one of the evenings, we didn't use the hotel bar after that. When we were checking out, nobody asked if we enjoyed our stay.

The location is close to downtown, but far away enough to feel like we could really relax from the city. The staff was incredible, and the hotel is luxurious.
